Eden Hotel is Excellent”

Eden Hotel Amsterdam is a really perfect accommodation for any length of stay in Amsterdam. Very conveniently located to Centraal, Waterlooplein (Metro) station, and a short bike ride to Museumplein. Beautiful to be alongside Amstel canal as well. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated with a classy Burlesque theme, quiet and calming. The staff are super hospitable (especially Jerry!), friendly, helpful and nice. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with a variety of options. I couldn't have been happier with this choice of hotel. Highly recommend to anyone!

Best Hotel Ever!”

Hotel is located near by Rembrandt square, you can easily walk to hot points. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable and also breakfast was great, there were lots of options in the buffet. Most importantly, they have the best staff, they let us check in early, offered welcome drinks. Also, after our check out, we realized that we forgot something in the hotel. They were so kind and helpful and they sent it to us safely. Thank you very much guys!

Better than expected”

Encountered some error during check-in as my name was spell incorrectly in the system. But one of the friendly staff resolved it and even offered me a free room upgrade, as the room that I booked (Double Bed) was unavailable. Rooms are very nice and clean, free water, Nespresso coffee was offered in the rooms. Beds are soft and comfortable, you can even request for different types of pillow that you preferred (Hard, soft etc). It was in a very convenient location, near all the attractions. You can basically walk to anywhere from the hotel. I'm very happy with my stay and will recommend anyone visiting Amsterdam to give it a try.

Almost Perfect”

The location is perfect. The room is okay for a single traveller. The hotel staff are very nice except the guy who i was trying to ask about my checkin the moment i came in, good thing the lady saw me and she offered to assist me and helped me all through out. Kudos to her. Everything else is perfect. I will definitely recommend them and i would def stay with them again in the future

Super helpful staff!”

Room is small, but well laid out and spotless. Quiet and comfortable hotel, a few minutes’ walk from museums, tourist sites, and excellent restaurants. Stag were consistently friendly and helpful. I mentioned in an in-house survey that I had slipped in the bathtub, and within an hour Reception had delivered a rubber mat to my room. I felt safe, comfortable, and very welcome.

The hotel is just amazing, the reception area smells so fresh and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations and was worth it, loved it. Well located waking distance of everything which was very convenient. The hotels view of the canal as you step out was amazing. We noticed a spider web on the roof of the ceiling but it wasn’t a bother. I will definitely be back to explore other rooms. It was amazing

Pleasant accommodation”

All the hotel staff without exception are so friendly and helpful, you will feel that from the first time you enter the hotel. The location is excellent, all restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are around, and you do not need a taxi. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Almost perfect”

The location was great and it was just in front of the hang out places for local beer and restaurant street.

Overall great ”

Hotel was lovely and would stay again staff polite and very new decor up to date, bedroom was a little dusty around bed frame and mirror was not cleaned, we didn't have alot of tea or coffee in the room which we would have liked as mainly coffee but overall good hotel and great location to town, train and trams so no complaints
