Our stay at the Eden Roc was absolutely amazing. I had booked my stay through a website and when we arrived at the location they couldn’t find my reservation. The manager ( Michael ) went above and beyond to help us and made sure we got an amazing room. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and so are the pools. The location is perfect! I will definitely go back!

I read a lot of negative reviews about the pool and service within the hotel and I can’t tell you how wrong they were! First, the staff attended to my every need—all within a desirable timeframe from the time I entered the hotel, to the time I left. The pool and beach service were excellent. The food was excellent. The drinks were excellent. A truest 5 star service. Thank you Eden Roc and Nobu hotels for a memorable vacay. I will be back!

Hotel is very family friendly, had a little problem when I first arrived but the staff took care of it and the hotel upgraded us to a better room. If you want a hotel that will just on any problem you may have fast and handle you with care this is the place for you.
