Really good place to stay”

We stayed at the Edgewater Terraces in Metung for three nights in a 2 bed apartment. Everything was super. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and located on the water front, albeit quite close to the main road (the back terraces would be quieter). Very happy with the value for money and convenient location to Metung and Lakes Entrance. No problems recommending this or staying again.

Staying at Edgewater Terraces was a great experience. We had the whole villa to ourselves and it was perfect with all the amenities and even a fireplace! We felt at home doing our own cooking. The location is great - on the water, with boat renting facilities literally 2 minutes away on foot. Bryan was a great host and offered good advice on places to visit around. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable with inclusive laundry facilities. The pools on site were a nice surprise. Recommend hiring a kayak from Riviera Nautical just down the road. Nice walk along the boardwalk into Metung - the food at the Metung hotel was lovely, if a bit overpriced. The only slight drawback was being close to the road when sitting out.

Our stay was exactly what we expected. Location was great and surroundings were lovely and peaceful. The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable. Being able to walk along the Boardwalk into the village was very easy and highly recommended. Wonderful view being right on the water watching people fishing and watching the bird life. The cafes in the village is a foodies dream come true. Highly recommend Bankcroft Bites. Great coffee, delivered as ordered extra hot and extra strong and wonderful food. Would return again without hesitation.

We very muched loved the very quiet location two story house . Lovely open fire and well equipped kitchen was all very clean and modern. Everything needed was provided including firewood and kindling. The view was excellent and there were four outside balconies for taking in the view or just relaxing. All in all very highly recommended.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Very quiet and relaxing area with water views and only a small stroll to the town centre which has a few shops and pub. The villa we stayed in was clean, modern and had plenty of space to relax on multiple balconies. Would recommend for anyone interested in a quiet getaway.

Great, the only comment I would have for management is to switch from Fluro bulbs back to incandescent! I know they cost a bit more to run but they are worth it.

Edgewater Terraces was a great place to stay to get away from the city for 10 nights. The resort was conveniently located only a 2 minute drive into town or a very relaxing 15-20 minute walk along the boardwalk to get to the centre of Metung. The facilities were good with a decent heated salt water pool and very relaxing spa. For those with boats there is a jetty for residents, and did i mention the quiet… it was so peaceful. The accommodation was really well equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, lounge area with tv and Foxtel for winding down at the end of day with a family movie if you didnt want to savour in the quiet. There was a fully equipped laundry, barbecue outside and plenty of parking for cars and toys. Definitely recommend and we will be back next summer, only this time with a boat!

Great Location, Great Getaway!”

Gorgeous spot, lovely place, very clean and spacious. We have been eating our meals on our front porch which looks out to the river! Can't get better than that for views. Am definitely coming back here!
