Family love”

I booked my hotel stay not quite sure of where it was in location to anything and I lucked out. Not only were the owners wonderful and attentive but the hotel was clean and tidy. There was free breakfast that was simple and you could relax and not worry about being in a big place. They had lots of recommendations of things to do and it was a sad time when I had to leave for the airport! I definitely recommend Eishinkan Hotel!

Nice little hotel”

It is a nice little hotel with very friendly staff at the front desk that speaks English and is always willing to help. Location is awesome, just a few steps away from Yotsuya station. The only thing that I actually shared was the restroom, but there is a shower area inside the room itself. Compared to a friend's more typical hotel of about the same price in Kanda, my train ran until later at night, I had more restaurants and shops in my area, and my room had more room to move around. I even had a little sofa in there. It also feels more like home, as it is small and you have to take your shoes off before going in. I recommend it to anyone traveling solo in Tokyo.

Amazing freshly made breakfast!!”

It’s a good 15-20 walk from Yotsuya station (with my big luggage). Convenient for Tokyo and Shinjuku stations (in between). My unit is a tiny apartment. Very peaceful and tranquil a few steps away from main building. Love the fresh breakfast! Yum!

Good value in a quieter district”

To stay a bit further from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku, it's a good value for the money. 10-15 min walk from Yotsuya subway station and helpful English-speaking staff.

Very nice”

I really liked this place. Owners mother and son are very friendly. The son cooked delicious well presented breakfast every morning. Hotel is super clean and location is close to Yotsuya metro station. Highly recommended.

Location is good ,not too far from station if you don't have many luggages. Staffs are kind and helpful,they can speak English very well. there also has free breakfast. Room is quite old and retro style. In my room has shower but toilet have to use at other floor. Air condition has a lot of dust inside. (if not include this case,everything is great)

I was there for almost one month and it was amazing. The stuff is very kind and always willing to help with everything you need. The room was spacious and more than enough for myself, and the breakfast is also fantastic. Thank you all again for making my stay so smooth and easy.

I arrived extremely late due to getting lost they were very concerned to the point they emailed my parents several times and then again once I had arrived to let them know I arrived safely a fantastic job by the staff.

Its cheap but not that near the metro. Amenities are complete. Though you cannot check in at 10pm.

最強のコスパと最強の朝ごはん”

職場の同僚から安くてしかも朝ごはんが美味しいと、おすすめされ今回宿泊させていただきました。 まず立地についてはJR四ツ谷駅（メトロ四ツ谷）から徒歩で5分ほどとまずまずの立地にあり、かつ駅前や大通りに面していないので夜は比較的静かで過ごしやすい環境かと思いました。 設備についても多少の経年劣化等々は散見されるものの気になるものではありませんでした。強いて、、強いて挙げるならベッド付近にコンセントが欲しかったかな？と思います。 サービスについて、特筆すべきは朝食！私の宿泊した時は一口サイズのクロワッサンやチョコパン、卵パン、バナナパンに加え、サラダ、オムレツ、ハム と非常に品揃えが豊富でかつ美味しく頂けました。 こんな朝食もついて5,000円弱で泊まれるのは非常に魅力的だと感じました。 また、四ツ谷周辺で用事がある際はリピートしたい次第です。

仕事がらみで四谷周辺に行った際に利用しました。 よく眠れてのんびりでき、疲れがとれました。 朝、手作りのパンが出ます！おいしいおかずとパン。 疲れも取って、美味しいご飯も出していただき、二日目の活動がはかどりました！

６畳一間の部屋に泊まりました。 部屋に入ると、畳の良い香り。 部屋も清潔感がある。 従業員の接客も申し分ない。 「ホテルには寝泊りするだけで十分」という考えなら、立地の割に安価だし、この宿に泊まることをお勧めします。

オススメです。一般的なイメージのホテルと言うよりはいわゆるB&Bですね。 これまでにも何度も利用していますが、いつも気持ちの良い時間を過ごすことができます。 特筆すべきは朝食です。大変美味しくいただけます。パンは自家製の焼きたてで、クロワッサンやスコーンなど4種ありました。それにサラダとハムエッグだったかな。コーヒーも美味しい。 昨年・今年と大学のHomecoming である All Sophians Festival の参加のために利用していますが、近くてとても利用しやすいので重宝しています。ただ今回は個人的な問題から夜間に電話をずっとしていたので、その音が漏れて他の部屋の方に迷惑だったのではないかと申し訳ない気持ちでした。 和室は畳に布団です。布団も清潔でふかふかで気持ちがいいですね。空調もいい感じでした。 風呂については、共用の部屋と、部屋の中にある部屋が混在していて、今回は風呂共用の部屋を取ったのですが、大変気持ち良く利用できました。共用の大風呂のシャンプーとボディシャンプーは、1人ずつ小分けではなく、ボトルに入った共用のものでした。 栄進館の方々にはお礼を申しあげたいと思います。また次回も利用させていただきたいものです。
