Got more than what I expected for the price. Our room was clean, had strong water pressure, and had both hot and cold water. The biggest unexpected plus was the buffet breakfast that came along with the package. If I wasn't checked in, I would seriously go here for breakfast alone. They even have strawberry taho. It's walking distance to SM and Session Road. And the famous ramen restaurant, Agara is just beside the hotel. Make sure to try it! I would most certainly return to this hotel.

Holiday it is!”
Enjoyed our stay in El Cielito Baguio as they are near in some must see places in Baguio like Skyranch, SM Baguio and Session road (night market) etc. All the staff are very accommodating and helpful. You can also request to clean your room everyday and they change towels/bedsheets too! The breakfast is superb with unli-strawberry taho and lots of food choices. Definitely will be back here with my friends in the future.

Good location and clean room. Had questions prior our stay and the staff's response were timely. I did not expect to have a room earlier/prior the check in time. I informed them I'm arriving early morning and will only be dropping off my bags, since I'm also bound to go to Nueva Vizcaya for the day. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful.

Very attentive staff”
We transferred to this hotel from a horrible hotel in the same city. We booked an hour before the check-in time yet the staff was so attentive and caring especially to our little boy. We have to check-out at midnight to catch the first trip of the bus back to Manila. The hotel receptionist offered to pack our breakfast so we can eat something on our way home and made arrangements for taxi pickup at midnight. The room was squeaking clean!

had a great stay, there was heater for shower and faucet. the room was spacious and clean. no need to turn on the aircon as it was cold enough outside, we just opened the windows slightly. the breakfast buffet was exceptional. the choices were not that much but everything was delicious. we highly recommend this hotel!

Value for Money with buffet and near Session Road ”
We are a repeat customer of El Cielito hotel, and this place is one of my favorite hotels in Baguio. It is centrally located just a few steps away on top of Session Road, so it's perfect for those who love to explore and enjoy Session road and nearby Burnham park. We also love the breakfast buffet that comes with your hotel bookings - first came here pre-pandemic, and now with the New Normal under Alert Level 1...the buffet is still there (might not have the same range of food that existed pre-pandemic, but still good!)....longanisa, chicken/fried fish, scrambled eggs, salad, fried/plain rice, bread/pancakes, unli coffee and water, and their strawberry taho! Absolutely love it. And they also have their own in-house bakery selling their own artisan breads. The staff will try to do their best to sort out your various needs. We got to use the wheelchair in the hotel for my elderly mom's needs, and they assisted with the room adjustments. Guests have access to refilling water from their water dispensers on each floor, and there's car parking too (the basement parking is currently off-limits). The only issue I really have - are the thin walls of the hotel, as you can hear the voices from adjoining guests in nearby rooms. If they didn't have this structural issue - I'd post this at 5 stars. But still great value-for-money for me - a loyal customer of El Cielito here!

Best place to stay near baguio central”
Pros: value for money, spacious and picturesque rooms and amenities, buffet breakfast with good options, cafe/restaurant is open at 12midnight for coffee and healthy breads, walking distance to skyranch, sm baguio, nbi office (feel safer), public transport and taxis, very friendly staff, our rooms got upgrade twice for free! Cons: nothing! We've booked here twice and were fully satisfied! We'll surely booked this place again in baguio!

Exceptional”
Will be back and will stay here the next time we visit Bagiuo. I recommend staying here in El Cielito specially if you ate travelling while working. Their internet connection is superb. You can access their internet connection inside the room and even outside the lobby and restaurant. We stayed in a non-airconditioned room, its spacious, they just have to fix their water heater though. We stayed in room 214. Other than that all good. Their buffet breakfast is excellent.

This is our second time with El Cielito Baguio. We love our stay here super convenient and practical and their bread is delicious and healthy not to mention since Im diabetic they sell bread super soft and no sugar. We love the fact that they always accommodate us with our request specially we have our 7 year old with us super big help! We’ll be back!
