Good but major missteps ”
Blue River bunk rooms were good and normally I would give them a better rating; HOWEVER I went out for the day and came back to find my room literally demolished. The bunks were gone and beds removed. They moved my belongings without telling me which I find highly inappropriate. Additionally, they did not get everything I had on the bed and therefore lost a few things. They were very apologetic and gave me a room in another nice place, but the fact they didn’t tell me they were going to tear the room down (when they had plenty of Chances that morning) as well as moving and losing my belongings is unacceptable.

This hotel sucks. No elevator, such an inconvenience, especially when you are on the 4th floor! Had to switch room because the window in the bathroom is broken, so mosquitoes were able to get in. We had so many bites. We asked to switch room or fix the window. They decide to switch room for us. The first room they tried to give us was so dirty and gross, so we did not accept. The 2nd room was a little better but much much smaller and had a leaky faucet, so you hear running water the whole time. The staff were super friendly and tried to do their best to help the situation, but the hotel sucks.

Change rooms 3 times as Wifi only available at lower floors. No lift. Last room change was opposite motel that have to go through a massage shop. Left my shirt in hotel room but staff says none the next day.

great staff , so kind and friendly all the time , they helped us alot during our stay , the hotel's location is close to everywhere includind the night life streets and bus station . the housekeeping wasn't very good and the rooms were tight , as an over all experience it was so good

Excellent location for tourists, friendly staff. However, some of my friends had bed bug bites so we transferred to another room without fridge, tv, slippers and kettle.

unfortunately got a little worse”
the room we got this time was not as nice as the one we got two years ago. this time we had a standard room and it it seemed old and a couple of things were broken. this could have been due to the fact that it was just a standard room. anyways, the stuff was exeptionally helpful and nice. breakfast also perfect. we didnt complain about the room because we were only staying one night, maybe we would have gotten a better one if we had.
