Great hotel with superb hospitality”

Thank you for making my short stay comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Arrived early before check-in and they offered to keep my luggage. Thank you also to the porter (sorry, I didn't catch his name) who helped with my luggage and showed me the room's amenities. Overall great service, a gem in HCMC!

great location”

Great location but old hotel. Room is a bit dark with limited windows view. Electric Lighting is not good as well. Wifi is good.

Would choose to stay again!”

This location was by far one of my favorites during my long stay in Vietnam. Hotel is close to HCMC town square where all the action and conveniences are. Very nice hotel with multiple elevators. Yes, it's an older building, but it was kept clean and organized and staff were very attentive at all times. Multiple restaurants within the building and breakfast buffet was limited in options, but was some of the tastiest food I've had. The only issues I faced were a lack of outlets near the beds (only one really usable behind the night stand and by the TV) and the showers were awful and would leak water onto the floor if you used them standing up. Other than those two issues, I'd reserve another room with them for sure the next time I'm in HCMC.

Negative = Hotel is not disability friendly ...very slippery in the bathroom ..very easy to fall..I fell once but Ok ....food is ok ..not as good as before....floor carpet is old..need to improve... Positive = Staffs are friendly, helpful..location is the best.

It's really great location in District 1 access to shopping and also a lot good food restaurant, opposite street so a lot food can try and some open till midnight. Will recommend friend who travel to hcm.

Always good value”

We have stayed here twice now when we are in HoChiMinh city and it provides excellent value for money. The breakfast is great and the rooms old, but clean and spacious. The staff are good, but won't match online prices when extending the room so you have to book online again and hope they let you stay in the same room. We would definitely choose this hotel if we go through Ho Chi Minh again

Very good location and nice room”

This hotel is centrally located at district 1, which is right opposite of Sheraton hotel. Very convenient and many shops , cafe and restaurant around this area. Tourist attraction is within walking distance as well.

Friendly and convenient”

The staff that has tended to me (from the bellboy to the reception to the cleaners and the masseuses) were all helpful and friendly, even if some of them had limited English. The hotel is located in a convenient place for food and sights. It was also easy to get a cab from the hotel. I liked that I could borrow adapters to charge my devices as well.

Convenient Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City center”

The hotel is located in district 1, the heart of Ho Chi Minh. I got an upgrade from superior room to be deluxe room. it was nice. But the room has no view. it is blocked by the another building. The facility is just for staying and eating, no swimming pool. The breakfast is acceptable with international food and local dishes. The staff was kind, polite and helpful.

Hoi Chi Minh for TET”

We go back time and time again to Bong Sen The location is great and the rooms and food are as good as most others. The main thing is it is not expensive and the balcony rooms put you right into the city which is what I love.

Great hotel in Saigon!”

I booked this room for my mom, felt worry when she went alone however after an overnight stay in this hotel, she like the room and this hotel so much and I feel very content when knowing that someone cared for her. Thank you to Bong sen, i will stay in this hotel whenever i come to Saigon .

Good location spacious room and friendly staff ”

This is my second stay at his hotel and I totally my stay here. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and the hotel location is just in the central which is easily accessible to other tourist locations like Opera House, Notre Dame de Cetheral, City Hall. With $50 per night, this is value for money and I strongly recommend this hotel for ur visit in Hcm city.

It was fantastic. The room is spacious and new. The location is just right in the central where it is near Opera House, night pubs, supermarkets, currency exchange, coffee shops, etc. With just $50 per night this is great value for money. I will definitely stay here again in my next trip to Ho Chi Minh city.

Graet value in an excellent location”

I was upgraded to the Business Suite from normal deluxe with balcony and the room/apartment was great. This hotel is in the centre of the Saigon tourist area and everything is within walking distance. Very good value and my choice of hotel when I am passing through Saigon.

Great and clean hotel”

The receptionist is not friendly but is communicable, the room not window but clean enough and large enough, just a one night stay for friends gathering so I do not care much. Overall for this hotel is a good choice for one night or two nights stay.
