Very nice owner ”
Don’t expect much for the cleanliness as it’s home stay not hotel. Facilities is more like visit friend’s home, not new but quite comfortable. They have elevator and location was great! One more thing to improve is the blanket have a musty smell and a bit small & old as well as the towels. Nearby have some night club so a bit noisy at night, bring your sleeping pill if you are light sleep person like me. But the owner & family was super kind and polite. If you want to feel like home here can be the place.

1. Host Family is very kind & friendly. 2. Location is very good. 3. You can play the Piano on the 1st(=ground) floor. 4. The room is clean, Bed is comfortable. 5. I will stay at Botanic House again !

more like a basic homestay than a hotel”
The place is off a small alley in the middle of no where. very inaccessible which makes it quite dangerous for a solo traveller. Gotta walk a distance to the market via off-path roads. no indication of the hotel name from the outside and there was no one attending to door. it looks more like a local's home than a hotel with the first floor occupied by the residents. i had to literally wait for them to wake up mid morning before i could enter. they do not keep records whatsoever and the room is literally just their spare bedroom. The bathroom is really tiny with remnants of past travellers' toiletries and a broken window so mozzies flew in.

Close to bus station. Didn’t find lots of options for food within minutes walk. Room was nicely setup but I take an exception to nonwhite bed linen so I didn’t sleep well. Otherwise, everything was great.

Mismanaged expectations but still great ”
The homestay doesn't quite look as nice as in the photos. When I first arrived at the place I was looking for a fancy exterior like the photo (which I now recognize as the Fine Arts Museum just down the block). In reality the entrance was found at the end of an alley and it was locked with a sliding metal cage. I had no idea when I would arrive so the family was not expecting me. After wandering around for 15 minutes I finally accidentally ran into someone to let me in. I expected the family to be a bit more talkative based on the reviews but they were nice enough and showed me to my room. The room was very large (enough for 4 people to comfortably practice yoga) and very clean. However, the photos make it look nicer than it is irl. Once I got over the dissonance between my expectations and what it actually was, I began to like the place. It's quiet enough (although I did experience some noise from the neighbours). Close to Bui Vien Walking Street, banks, everything you need is close

ไปพัก 3 คน ห้องกว้างมาก สะอาด เจ้าของดูแลดี นี้ไปถึงเที่ยงคืนก็ยังลุกมาเปิดห้องให้ มีลิฟ สะดวกสบาย ในห้องมีทั้งอุปกรณ์ทำครัว เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ทีวี มีเน็ตฟิก ถูกใจมากค่ะ

벤탐시장근처로 위치는 괜찮았습니다. 조식을 제공하지 않지만, 그래도 저렴하고 주변에 식당들도 있네요. 작은방이라고 하였으나, 방도크고 편하게 숙박하였음. 처음 찾을때가 조금 어려운거 빼고는 좋았습니다.(골목끝에서 2번째 집이네요.^^)
