Μπράιτον και Χοβ: Ξενοδοχεία και καταλύματα

I stayed there for the first time the other day and was impressed by the excellent location and hospitality. The breakfast was delicious too. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Brighton Beach. This summer was brilliant. I’m looking forward to spending next year’s holiday here as well.

For the purpose of watching Premier League matches, two adults stayed for two nights with two 94L suitcases. The room was fortunately ready, allowing us to check-in 2.5 hours earlier than the scheduled time. While there are many hotels by the seaside in Brighton, they are located on a gentle downhill slope from Brighton station, making it potentially difficult to return to the station with heavy luggage. In contrast, the Leonardo Hotel is about a five-minute walk on a flat road from the same station, making it very convenient for transportation. We chose a Standard Room with 21 square meters. Even with both suitcases fully opened, the space wasn't obstructive for walking. It was unfortunate that there was no refrigerator and the small window let in limited light, making the room a bit dark. There was an electric kettle and tea set provided. The bathroom had a bathtub, and bath amenities included hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and tissues. The sink plug was broken, but since we did not plan to fill the sink with water, it wasn't a major concern. However, kindly on the second day, hotel staff brought a new plug. Additionally, other staff members came to check if there were any issues with the room, which showed their hospitality. Breakfast was buffet-style with a variety of options including sausages, bacon, ham, egg dishes, baked beans, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes and potatoes, several types of cheese and bread, fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots), fruits (bananas, apples, oranges), several types of cereals, yogurt, drinks (fruit juices, coffee, tea), etc. The variety was abundant and the taste was excellent (especially the baked beans, for which I had seconds)! The prices were reasonable compared to London, so if you have time, I recommend including breakfast. There was a small shop at the front desk where you could get oral care items like toothbrushes, drinks, snacks, and ice cream. The prices were not too high, which could be convenient if needed late at night. Next to the front desk, there was lemon detox water available, which we could freely drink from provided paper cups. Overall, I would like to choose this hotel again when I visit Brighton. Thank you for your kind service during my stay.

Fantastic view from the balcony along with a comfy bed and impressive room interior. Also, lovely staff at the hotel.

The hotel is not far from Brighton Pier and the town center, making it easily accessible. The staff is very attentive and helpful, answering questions and providing assistance very well. When we had an issue with the room, the staff immediately helped us move to another room. The breakfast is very substantial, and the room rate includes dinner as well. There is a variety of menu options available, and they accommodate requests. However, the hotel is quite old, and some areas need improvement. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.

I had an excellent stay at the Mitre Hotel. The room was large, comfortable and clean with a good, strong shower and lovely white towels. The staff were helpful and super friendly, and the breakfast excellent. Highly recommended budget accommodation.

I stayed for two nights with my girlfriend. The ocean view room was very spacious, and in addition to the shower booth, there was another space with a bathtub and shower, which was convenient. You can feel some age in the details here and there, but it wasn't a problem. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there are various restaurants and cafes within walking distance. On the second day, we took a bus to the Seven Sisters. Additionally, I recommend a morning walk to the beach and Royal Pavilion from the accommodation.

I felt a bit stuffy without air conditioning, but the room and bathroom were clean and nice. There is also an elevator. It's excellent for the price. It is located right in front of the Brighton i360. It's a sufficient accommodation for one night.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Don't bother with online check-in - it's a hoax! Just do it at reception.

I deliberately stayed at a hotel in a resort area during the off-season in May. Positive points: - Equipped with elevators - Staff is very attentive - There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity, so dining is not an issue. Negative points: - The walls are thin, and I could hear the voices of the neighbors clearly.

Great location. Room spotless. Staff very attentive. Food delicious (breakfast & bar food). Great value for money.

Very well run, friendly staff and good breakfast. Comfy beds and good air conditioning. Would definitely return.

We stayed for one night. Great location for exploring, room was perfect for us and the beds were comfortable. Friendly staff, great breakfast and we would be happy to stay next time.

Checked in and went straight to my room. It was a small double overlooking the sea which was nice. I was on the 4th floor and there is a lift which was good. I am a very light sleeper but was not disturbed by the bar or traffic below. There was a fan in tbe room which was very much needed as was a tad warm up there. Staff were all lovely. I will definitely book to stay there again

Good location, clean hotel only the noise from outside is not enjoying, the staff are very friendly.

The local was perfect, on the seafront and walking distance to the main parts of Brighton. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room had amazing sea views.

Extremely friendly, walking distance into town centre, and a tasty breakfast to start the day.

My partner and I had such a great stay, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite as it was my birthday, the receptionist was fantastic and so helpful. Highly recommended.

The location is right in front of the sea, and the view is amazing. However, it takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the station. I thought it would be fine because I didn't have a suitcase and could walk, but my companion injured their foot, and I started to think that being closer to the station would have been better. You have to walk up a hill to catch the bus as well. What surprised me the most was that the juices, water, chocolate bars, and snacks in the minibar were all included in the room fee. The place was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and there was always coffee, milk, and almond milk available in the lobby. There was also a Starbucks in the lobby. It felt nice to take a walk along the coast early in the morning.

Yes l would stay here again if and when l visit family l have here. Rooms are good and very clean and the bathroom, the breakfast was really good hot and lots of choice, thank you Travelodge.

Fantastic location on the baech, excellent facilities including a sauna and gym. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice

Breakfast selection and quality was superb. Staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on local restaurants and facilities. Location perfect, cleanliness was 10/10.

I just love this hotel 🫶 it’s in an excellent and relatively quiet location in New Steine Square, it’s kept very clean and tidy and is superb value for money, more so if you add the delicious breakfast option - I had the tasty full English each morning, which absolutely filled me up and fuelled an average 9 mile walk each day ! This hotel is not shinny, new and clinical, but it is chock-full of warmth, character and personality - it feels cosy, safe, warm and welcoming, like home. The hotel owner Hervé, Oscar, Tracy and the rest of the team are all absolutely lovely and very welcoming - nothing was a bother for them. Stayed in both the double and triple rooms and will not hesitate to rebook and 100% recommend The New Steine Hotel - in fact, I don’t think I’ll book or stay anywhere else when I’m ready for my next Brighton mini break !

They loved every minute. The only problem for them was the parking availability, as my Mum uses sticks. They had some great experiences over the weekend.

It was a lovely room with a view of the ocean. They promptly addressed even small issues, and I am grateful to the staff. The Hove area is far from Brighton station, but I thought it was an area worth visiting, even when considering bus travel or walking. I believe this is one of the top options to consider for accommodation.

Loved our stay here. Clean, loads of coffee and tea etc. Easy check in and out. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a night but would've loved to stay longer. Clean and well fitted room, very comfortable bed. Excellent location looking out onto the water.

The location is perfect , making it easier to explore areas, while the staffs are friendly. Good view, but little noisy.

We stayed at the pelirocco for one night and really enjoyed the aesthetics. unfortunately, haunt a room on the 4th floor, we weren’t really able to sleep bc there’s no air conditioning, just fans und the old building kept the heat inside so we had around 35 degrees at night. We mentioned it at the reception but were only told that no hotel in England would be equipped for those temperatures- that was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, beautiful hotel, beautiful location.
