Good location for walking along the river. Close to the city center with a shopping center nearby.

We needed somewhere for an quick overnight stop-off after a late arrival on the ferry. This was easy to get to, around twelve minutes from the port. Check in was by machine and was quick and easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, small and basic. Excellent value for money and included breakfast too.

Overnight stay after late ferry arrival. It was a bit awkward to find in the dark but the late self check in was easy enough to navigate. Pretty basic motel room but fine for a night. Simple continental breakfast was included so great value overall.

Thanks for the workers. Feels so cozy for one night. Hair dryer or some necessary things are almost here. Don't worry about the mood lamp.

Overall, it was fine. The size of the accommodation was not large enough, but I believe it was appropriate for business purposes. There were also restaurants and various facilities nearby, which I think was good.

Room is spacious enough for us 3 adults. I like that the toilet and shower areas are separate. The breakfast spread was also good! Will definitely refer this hotel to friends!

Thier advert claims that reception is 24 hours, it is but by computer automated system, we knew we would arrive after 12 am so would not be able to check in, they would not refund our booking despite thier misleading advert. The bedding stinks of some sort of washing product, not sure what the smell was supposed to hide, The grounds are scruffy and unkempt, generally run down.

We booked this hotel to stop off after driving all day through France on our way back to England. Great location with a small car park, but on street parking is free and there is plenty available. We had a friendly greeting on arrival and the room was clean and pleasant. The hotel offers free WiFi and has a good sized television in the room. For the price we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We took a walk into Caen in the evening, it’s about 30 minutes stroll to the main shopping streets. The only thing which would have been better would have been if the hotel offered breakfast earlier in the morning, sadly it was too late for us due to our early morning ferry. Other than that it’s in a good location with just a 20 minute drive to Ouistreham Port. Would definitely book and stay here again in the future.

Very nice hotel for anyone with a car. It has everything you could need and is very quiet.

1. Great location. Right next to Gare de Caen. Right next to Eurocar and SixT car rental companies. 2. Nice and friendly staff. 3. Clean room. The only issue is there's no air con in the room. This's my first time travelling around Europe. Probably most non A-list hotels in Europe don't have in-room air con?

The receptionist (Alexis) was so helpful. Not only regarding the room but helping us with recommendations on where to eat in Caen. He is a credit to the hotel. Hotel is set in a residential area. Room was clean and quiet. Ideal for one night as near to the ferry port.

Repeat visitor. Close to main road, easy to find, 20 minutes from the ferry. Room has everything I expect for 1 night. (No kettle, but reception can provide hot water.) Big supermarket and fuel next door. Extra bonus - a pizza vending machine in the car park outside. Very delicious.

For 67 euro you won't get more but I'd wish breakfast Ave just a little more variety, currently breakfast is too basic, could use of scrambled eggs and some musli

Looked for somewhere close to port and delighted with this place. Great price, great location and clean and comfy with lovely lady welcoming us.

Nothing exceptional. Rooms felt a little run down, mattress and pillows felt lumpy. The rooms were quite basic. Receptionists were nice and helpful. Ok for quick stop

The hotel didn't have car parking available as advertised so I had to book a week pass for 70 Euro to the nearby Indigo car park. The room was small, didn't have fridge, cupboard, desk or safe. The breakfast options were limited. The location was excellent, checking in and out was fast and smooth. There was a microwave and a kettle in the reception area.

We arrived very late in the evening and were grateful that the hotel had 24hour reception. The room was clean and modern and was great for an overnight stay. The free car park was a bonus.

Staff very welcoming and polite. The check in process was straightforward, the room was very clean. We were unsure what to expect as some pet friendly hotels are not always clean and fresh, this was. We used the bar, we didn't dine due to having a dog with us, but the food looked and smelled delicious. We will definitely return, it is less than 20 minutes to ferry port, so good for late arrival or early morning departure. Really pleased to have found it.

Despite being called the Ibis Hotel by agoda, this hotel is really the IBIS BUDGET HOTEL. On its face this hotel isn't too bad, but it certainly is NOT the IBIS hotel which was named by agoda.
