Hanoi: Ξενοδοχεία και καταλύματα

This was definitely one of the best hotels I stayed at in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of food, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore Hanoi and get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was especially nice after a long day of traveling. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the amazing city view from the restaurant and hotel bar. Sitting there and looking over Hanoi was such a memorable experience. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food, and beautiful views made my stay truly special. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Hanoi. Highly recommended — and don’t miss the restaurant and bar with the city view!

The location is very convenient, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Strongly recommended!

It seems to have taken about 15-20 minutes to get to the Old Town, but it felt closer from the airport, and since Lotte Department Store and a grocery store were together, shopping and sightseeing were convenient. The swimming pool was well maintained and spacious, making it very convenient to use, and the gym appeared to be well managed with staff on duty. The attitude of the staff was, of course, excellent, and what stood out the most was the view, which was very satisfying both from inside the room and while having breakfast. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the price was slightly higher than typical Old Town hotels, but the overall satisfaction was more than double.

The location is the main one in the Old Quarter. Since it was the weekend, staff couldn't bring in the car, but they directly communicated with the Grab driver to take us with our luggage. The air conditioning and room conditions are not that great, but considering the price, it's satisfactory. I think I would go again if I went alone next time.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was delicious. The pool was too cold to use at the end of October, but the jacuzzi was available and it felt almost private, which was excellent! The only downside was that there was a used dental cloth left next to the bedside lamp.

I stayed in Hanoi for a few days and it was an overall satisfying hotel. The breakfast food was delicious and varied, allowing for a comfortable meal every morning. There was also a K-Market on the first floor of the hotel, making it convenient to buy any snacks or items I needed. The hotel's facilities were well-equipped, which was nice. In addition to the gym and swimming pool, there was also a golf practice area, which would be particularly convenient for golf enthusiasts. We also visited Phoenix CC, which is operated alongside the hotel, and I think it would be a great choice for those coming to Hanoi for a golf trip. Above all, it was great that there were various spaces available for families or those visiting with children. There was even a separate area with PCs, console games, and racing games, making it feel like there were many more enjoyable activities than just a simple hotel stay. The staff were generally friendly and there were many employees who could communicate in Korean, so I had no discomfort during my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy golf in Hanoi while relaxing comfortably in the hotel and making use of various facilities. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

We wrapped up our trip with a 2-night stay in the connecting rooms at L7 Westlake Hanoi after spending 2 nights in the old quarter of Hanoi and 1 night on a Halong Bay cruise with our two mothers. To sum it up, both mothers expressed that it was "the best choice of the trip" and were extremely satisfied. 3rd Floor SPA9: The whole family received massages, and the facilities and massages were so excellent that we utilized the service twice during our stay. It was perfect for helping the elderly relieve their fatigue. Touching room service & thoughtful care: During our trip, my mother from my hometown's condition worsened, and they kindly cooked 'white porridge,' which was not on the menu, and even found a thermometer for us. I was deeply moved by their warm sincerity, exceeding the standards of a 5-star hotel. Perfect relaxation in the club lounge: Thanks to the Korean-speaking female staff who kindly assisted us in the lounge and Mike, who recommended and concocted whiskey perfectly to our taste, we were able to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable time. The facilities, hygiene, and service were top-notch in every aspect. I highly recommend this to anyone planning a family trip or traveling with parents in Hanoi without hesitation!

Δεν δουλεύουν τα κλιματιστικά το χρηματοκιβωτιο. Μου πρότειναν κουβέρτα για το κρύο .δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο αυτο

Excellent location, right in the old quarter of Hanoi, you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and nearby snack shops. The room is clean and tidy, and the air conditioning is very effective; it's quiet for sleeping. Breakfast is served on the first floor from 7 to 9 AM, with simple and tasty options. The front desk staff are friendly, communication is smooth, and they patiently help resolve any issues. Overall, it's very cost-effective, perfect for a short overnight stay, and I will choose to stay again next time I come to Hanoi. Highly recommended!

The Amira Hotel is really a great choice! The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a very convenient area, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores, saving time and effort for travel. The hotel service is particularly good, with warm hospitality and timely responses; they actively help with various needs, especially Hà Linh, who helped us a lot by purchasing great train tickets for us when we went to Haiphong, thank you!! Moreover, the room is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable to stay in. Overall, it’s a very good experience, high cost-performance ratio, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling.

The staff is very kind and good. Since my reserved room was the cheapest one, it couldn't be helped, but the location was right next to the front desk, so it wasn't a quiet room. However, the room was spacious, the hot water was adequate, and with breakfast included and this location, having a refrigerator was more than satisfactory. Early booking is recommended; as the check-in date approaches, the accommodation costs increase.

The room was spacious and very clean. We stayed as a family, and there were three bedrooms, so we could relax comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped with a water tank, washing machine, large refrigerator, and dishes, which was really convenient. The pool was also large and perfect for families with children. It was a bit of a distance to walk to the old town, but the convenience and size were amazing. The staff was always smiling and friendly.

The reception is well organized and the size is bigger than expected. The air conditioning works well and it’s easy to get around using Grab. The breakfast is diverse, and they offer free pho if you order it. One of the lights wouldn't turn off, which was inconvenient, but when I requested assistance, the staff came right away and fixed it. It's excellent for the price. I booked a king luxury room, and the restaurant is on the first floor. Soundproofing is a bit weak, so earplugs are recommended.

I had a really pleasant stay at Serenity Diamond Hotel in Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the Old Quarter, making it very easy to walk around and explore the city. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions nearby, while Hoan Kiem Lake is also within walking distance. What I appreciated most was the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming, polite, and always happy to help with recommendations or arrange transportation when needed. The atmosphere felt relaxed and personal rather than like a large, impersonal hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially being able to start the morning before heading out to explore Hanoi. Overall, Serenity Diamond Hotel is a good choice if you want a convenient location, friendly service, and good value while staying in Hanoi. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

I didn't have high expectations since the price was low, but I was helped by someone at the front desk who could speak Japanese. The room cannot hide its age, but it was clean, and the cleaning staff were all young and straightforward. It felt pleasant, so I extended my stay.

Breakfast, swimming pool, and cleanliness were all good. The staff was very friendly. I was impressed by how kind the staff at the first-floor lobby was. The location was a bit disappointing, but Grab service was good.

I wanted to enjoy a quiet trip, and the place had a good price-to-value ratio among the separate types (living room, room). It was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The fitness area was spacious, and the indoor pool was satisfying for someone like me with sensitive skin. During checkout, I accidentally spilled something on the bed, and I was grateful that they reassured me they would take care of it, so I didn't have to worry. I recommend it. ^^

I thought the beer street would be too noisy, so I made a reservation a little farther away, but there are many restaurants across the street and everything is within walking distance. When I mentioned it was our anniversary trip, they decorated the room beautifully, which was touching. The room wasn't very big, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast wasn't bad either, and it was great that I could store my luggage and take a shower after checkout. All the staff were very kind. It was a satisfying accommodation.

I used it during my transit in Hanoi. There was a one-way free shuttle service from the airport, and I could also request a paid shuttle for the other way, which was very convenient. The hotel is close to the airport and is perfect for an overnight stay during transit. The hotel is new, and both the interior and the guest rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a bathtub, and the hot water was good, so I was able to relax and relieve my travel fatigue. The breakfast was also delicious, and on the day I stayed, there was passion fruit as well. The pho, in particular, was very tasty.

It was my first time in Vietnam, and I'm glad I found a good hotel. <What was good> - The reception, doorman, and restaurant staff were fresh and had a nice hospitality. - The location in the old town was convenient for sightseeing on foot, and it was also a pickup point for local tours. - Being a new hotel, the rooms were clean, and the cleaning was properly done, making it tidy. - In addition to the buffet for breakfast, I was able to enjoy warm noodles (the type of noodles was different each day during my stay) and egg dishes. - The welcome tea and afternoon tea were nice little extras that I appreciated. <What was bad> - Nothing in particular. I hope to come back with my entire family next time ☺ Thank you!

The hotel in the center of the old town is convenient for traveling to tourist attractions and shopping. The reception staff and housekeeping are very attentive and friendly. The downside of the hotel is the weak wifi connection, and it can be a bit noisy in the evening due to the music from nearby bars.

Great hotel. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast and the best coffee we were served for breakfast in Hanoi.

A very pleasant vacation. The room is clean, beautiful, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Convenient location, the hotel is quite quiet. Overall, everything is fine and I am satisfied with this experience.

The hotel has a convenient location, in a busy and bustling area, suitable for evening walks and shopping.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, and the view of West Lake was beautiful, making me feel good throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was the private and quiet atmosphere. I rarely encountered other guests, allowing me to comfortably relax, and thanks to that, I was able to spend a more leisurely time. The staff were all friendly and professional, providing prompt assistance for any needs I had. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the club lounge and facilities were well-maintained, which was satisfying. It was a wonderful stay where I could create precious memories with my family, and if I visit Hanoi again, I would like to use this place again. I highly recommend it.

The cleanliness of the room and the satisfaction with the breakfast were wonderful, but the staff's response exceeded those and made for a fantastic and comfortable stay. It was also great that I could take a shower after checking out when I returned to pick up my luggage after sightseeing.

We checked into the hotel and were overwhelmed by its luxury and splendor. The room was also really clean, tidy, modern, and very spacious. The one we booked had a view of the garden and part of the opposite building, but it was still very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed every moment here. The staff was extremely friendly and offered us drinks while we waited to check in and out. Definitely worth it!
