There is a large shopping mall in front, and all the main tourist attractions are close by, so if you are traveling to Poznań, I recommend making a reservation here. The quality of the hotel is high for the price, so I was satisfied with my stay!

The hotel is so nice, super clean, friendly staff, good location, and quit area. The only issue I've faced is the missing coffee machine and refrigerator which Agoda mentioned on the photos and in the room info, but both were missing in my room. As per the receptionist it is a classic room which doesn't include this equipment and it is Agoda act. Agoda has to update this hotel photos and information.

The distance from the station felt a bit far. However, that distance was likely a condition to be closer to the old town. Everything was satisfactory: the very comfortable bed, the spacious interior, and the excellent breakfast. However, like with any hotel, it would have been more convenient to have a slightly brighter space indoors for working. The impressive view of the large shopping mall outside was also one of the riches felt in this hotel. Unfortunately, I regret not having the opportunity to use the bar; it surely would have been a great place to enjoy a wonderful drink...

What an amazing hotel experience! The housekeeping deserves a HUGE shoutout 👏 The room was insanely clean — like 10/10 spotless! 🧼✨ You can really tell they pay attention to every little detail. Service was amazing too — everything was refreshed daily, including towels, bathrobes, drinks and teas. ❤️ The spa was another highlight! 🧖‍♀️ The pool was peaceful, clean and never too crowded, and the sauna was amazing. I used the spa every day and especially loved the vibe at night! 🌙✨

A great location just 2-3 minutes from the station by Uber. There are delicious restaurants, small convenience marts, and drug stores around the hotel, so shopping and dining are very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and having a bathtub is highly rated. Above all, the quality of the staff is excellent! Everyone is smiling, and their attention to detail is remarkable, providing the best hospitality. This is definitely a hotel I would like to stay at again in Poznań.

The inside is spacious and clean. The restaurant operation is good and the breakfast is decent.

1 night stay with an early morning flight, so this place was ideal. Tram 2 mins outside hotel which links to airport bus, can be at airport terminal within 40 mins. Location is excellent, it's basically 1 street behind the main square with loads of bars/restaurants within 2 mins walking. Staff where all friendly and helpful , there's a shared 24hr kitchen which we could make tea/coffee before our departure and an outside courtyard with seating. Room was OK, we had private bathroom ,although furnishing are a little dated , as expected for the price and carpets could do with updating, although everything was clean, tidy and functional. Only down side was the bed, very thin mattress and bed was very low to the floor. It served a purpose and would probably book again if needing somewhere for a short stay.

It’s third year we staying at Stare Miasto on our way to LV. and definitely will back again!

Modern, clean, and comfortable hotel with a great vibe. Friendly staff and convenient location near the airport. Very good experience overall.

The hotel's location, facilities, and services were generally satisfactory. However, it was a bit inconvenient to stay when there were a lot of group guests.

Spacious rooms, sparkling clean and relatively good location. Personnel is very kind and try to be very helpful, not all hit I would say 9/10. Breakfast is good but needs the touch that would make the difference. A wider selection is some products would help, also fresh standard juices such as orange. Excellent idea the ginger shoots!

I really enjoyed my stay at the PURO Hotel. Its location in the Old Town was excellent. The staff were very kind and welcoming, everything was clean, and the room was comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

The downside is that, like other reviews mentioned, the carpet looks dirty. You can feel the traces of time. They also charge hotel guests for parking. It's 24-hour parking and there are no additional fees if you go in and out. The positive thing is that the room size was spacious enough for three people. I liked that there was a bathtub in the bathroom. It's great that you can get drinking water from the water cooler in the hallway. They even have sparkling water. On the day I arrived, it was raining and cold, so I couldn't use the pool. Instead, I walked to a nearby water park. There are many places to exercise or take a walk near the hotel.

Positive: The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a very good quality bed, bed linen, and pillows. I had a comfortable night’s sleep. Staff: The staff were professional and polite, but I found them a little less welcoming and smiling than expected. They were helpful when asked, but generally did not go the extra step to offer additional assistance or guidance. Parking: Be prepared to look for street parking, or pay 60 PLN per night if you want to use the hotel’s parking. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel, particularly good for a good night’s sleep, but the service could be more warm and proactive.
