Quiet Comfortable Stay in Saigon”

When it comes to hotels, I prefer spending more for a better experience- friendliness of staff, amenities provided, location and comfortability of room. What I enjoyed about Cozy House 160, was that I experienced all of that on all positive levels.

Lovely stay”

We moved around Ho Chi Minh a lot due to the poor conditions that some of the hotel's were in, until we found this place. Clean, comfortable, quiet, tasty fresh efficient breakfast and lovely staff. Perfect stay - thanks! :)

I liked my stay at Cosy House 160. Booked 2 rooms for me and my friend while in Ho Chi Minh City. I'd love to stay again there at the future. Stuff was polite, breakfast was a plus and also a friendly and family atmosphere makes you feel at home away from home!

Awesome stay”

Staff is freindly and very helpful. Location is great. It’s in a quiet alley yet just step from Walking Street and tons of restos. Breakfast was really good. It s clean and cozy . Would stay again for sure.

Really loud and crazy guests around”

As the accommodation is near to a lot of bars, some guests in this house come for partying. Unfortunately the guests next door were incredibly loud during the night sothat it was impossible to get some good night sleep. The staff didn’t do anything to stop this, but the next day they offered us a new room. In our room we heard really loud music from a place nearby. Overall I can only recommend this place for party guests.

The toilet was broken and rooms smelled like feet”

The location is perfect. Stone throw away from metro station. Near chunking mansion and food is not hard to find. Well in HK food will never be hard to find anyways. The rooms need to have stronger air fresher or purifier. Guests come and go and the odor can't be avoided. But management could do something about it. Sometimes i wonder if i sleep sound because i was so tired from all the walking or was it because the smell knocked me off.

We like the big and clean room . Must bring your own adaptor coz Hotel don’t provide especially travellers from SG and Europe. If raining there’s no shelter on the way to the Hotel. Tropical fruits are free every day.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Ho Chi Minh. We checked in in the middle of the night and the location was great. In the middle of everything but cozy and quiet and tucked away. Breakfast was just okay but the staff was awesome

Friendly staff, cozy environment”

The location is good, just bar street nearby, but not too noisy, not bad. Staff r friendly, willing to help, I bought a bottle of water(1.5L) with reasonable price(10000 VND) at 0.00am! quality of breakfast is reasonable, freeflow of fruit(passion fruit, watermelon, passion fruit everyday). Some drawback, the bed and environment is not very tidy, some flys were flying around, not a big deal though.

Clean rooms, good location and value for money.”

The location is not in the main road you need to walk towards the hotel but it makes the place quite. We enjoy the all-day fruits (bananas and apples) and in the morning watermelon and passion friuts. We the like the ice and hot coffee too.

Good stay,”

We were traveling on vacation and stayed three nights at the cozy house. The facilities were very clean and location was central but relatively quiet (a rooster lived near the hotel and woke us up at 5:45 every morning). Other than the rooster you hear no real noise from the street. Staff was helpful and breakfast was really good (delicious coffee, really western and vietnamese options and fresh fruit). Would definitely stay again if i were to return to Saigon.

Although it was written as a one star hotel, it was far more nicer than the 3 stars hotel i stayed near the Ben Than market. It was inside this 160 small alley, but once You have arrived, you will be surprised by how clean and new the place looked. I didn't get the twin room i wanted,but they refund my extra money for it. the room is big,the bathroom is huge, shower was slow. and breakfast was included. walking distance to the Bui Vien walking Street. overall I am very satisfied staying here.

The hotel room is new and big and completely clean, we stayed there for two nights, second night moved to another sister hotel Cozy hotel140 due to construction work beside the hotel we stayed , very noisy, the sister hotel also very nice and clean. Their complimentary breakfast so delicious and big portion . Location is excellent just beside bui vien street. Highly recommended.

The hotel provided fruits all the time and location just next to the pub street. To the city attraction places we have to travel almost 2- 4km far. Overal we had a good time here. and surely come back if we visit Vietnam again.

Comfy and cozy hotel for a solo traveler like me. Breakfast is great. At first it is hard to find the hotel but it is good location. Very near to a lot of tourist spots and things you need. Staffs are always smiling at the guest.

Great location close to the “party” walking street and easy to get to attractions. Breakfast was included and had a good choice of options. Room was clean and a good size. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again if back in Saigon.
