NICE & FRIENDLY”
We had a nice experience for 2 nights at Eastin Grand Hotel. The room is quiet, bed is comfy and cleaning staff is a very nice lady. We borrowed a bike and the staff at the parking lot for motorbikes are nice as well. The location is really convenient to commute cuz it’s near the intersection and just bout 5 mins to the airport. The only thing i was not really pleased is about the reception staff. On the day i checked out to the airport, I was carrying a pretty big box passing by the reception desk but nobody came to help. If this is a 4-star hotel, i could understand but if it’s 5-star one, i think the staff’s behavior should be changed, especially they are receptionists. However, there is one gentleman at the reception helped my girl friend to find her chargers and then had Grab delivery to her house. Really appreciated for that. Anyway, overall this is a nice place to stay. I’ll still choose this for the next time flying to HCMC.

The property has an ideal location, which is 20 mins from the airport and very near to all the important places. The people were very warm and nice and they have taken excellent care in maintaining the cleanliness. The good was amazing and have a lot of options to choose from, be it Continental or Asian. To summarize, it was a great experience staying at Eastin Grand.

Booked the Eastin Grand hotel via Agoda. It was a nice hotel. It was worth the money. Friendly staffs, clean room, convenient location for a walk and to the airport were positive things. Only thing that I did not like was breakfast... It was too western style and expensive.

We stayed only for our final night of 1 month in Vietnam. It was the best hotel experience we had in Vietnam. We thought it would be inaccessible to District 1, but nothing that a short Grab ride couldn't fix. Nice and quiet. Fantastic looking gym. Clean room. Great breakfast buffet. Highly recommend and definitely will stay here on my next trip to Saigon!

I think this hotel is rather 4,5* than a 5* Out toilet was smelly but the hotel was very quick in fixing the it, room is nice, nice pool, nice breakfast. good shuttle bus service to city center. Will come back next time

Really close to the airport and plenty of restaurants, bars and rooftop locations to choose from. Check out the Mars Venus restaurant and Lang Thang Rooftop bar if staying, there around a 10 minute walk.

My go to hotel in HCMC ”
Great location if you are after something close to the Airport. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, buffet breakfast is excellent, beautiful pool and great gym. The casino downstairs is a great new addition. My only criticism is that the bed is not as large (probably a queen size) as many other 5 star hotels we have stayed at in HCMC. Other than that, its a great hotel.

I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant on the upstairs level but I’m used to American style Chinese food. But the pros were many: the spa on the 3rd floor had great massages and foot rubs, the front desk was always helpful, the buffet was a great combination of western and Asian/Vietnamese foods. Downstairs shopping was fun and the owner was always helpful custom sizing dresses for my daughters-in-law. My wife became a regular customer. Another con was the location. Almost every outing required a taxi or grab-car.

Location was great for me as I was working opposite at CentrePoint directly across the street. There is also a convenient store right behind CentrePoint so that takes care of daily needs. Lots of food around ranging from high end restaurants to small roadside stalls and shops. Walking around will provide tones of discoveries. Google maps works very well to help you navigate the small streets. About 20 mins via Grab to District 1 so not much of an issue. Will be coming back here again the next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh.
