Dear Nguyen, Thank you for your review though our records present a bit of a different scenario. The clear mosaic tile your friend stepped on was not a piece of glass otherwise our nurse would have bandaged your friend’s foot. The second one about the broken air-conditioner, a technical fault which was fixed within an hour without satisfying you, while your friend slept peacefully. Considering the health of our guests and the environment plus since we are a butterfly crossing zone, the fly that you mentioned on the plate was a butterfly and having your food with doors open to the pool might have attracted them. Our FO Manager, Recreation Manager and In-Villa Dining Manager who met you and your friends on different occasions would also like to send in their apology as they tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible as well.
