Best location very helpful and friendly staffs.. received fews calls regarding time of check out on the last day, eventhough informed the team once during check in.. should practice endorsement of sort of informations to the next shifts.. overall everything is fine and kudos to all teams welldone.

Convenient and Great Location ”

Convenient location, close to highway and built above a shopping centre where you can get variety of restaurants to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big, clean and bed is very comfy. You need to ask for 2 entrance room cards as they only given one. Hotel lobby is located at 3rd floor. I always bring my own towel as Hotel towels kinda wear off, brownish and yellowish, maybe due to Brunei’s water conditions. Overall, great stay!

Helpful staffs”

The staffs were really helpful, everyday I got the breakfast just I needed. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is attached to a small shopping mall, which gives me lots help in purchasing my daily need. Hotel location is not in the city, but I am ok with that since I was there for working.

value for money - a bit pricy but worth with a nice comfortable and pleasant room. location - Located in Kuala Belait district, give it or take like 1 and half hour drive from the capital city, Bandar Seri Begawan. K.B has its own unique town and places to go. Seria is the closest town which is also in K.B district for its oil and gas industry area and also restaurants. Cleanliness - hygiene and tidy. so far, i am satisfy with the housekeeping. Staff - no comment. just okay i guess. Helpful, friendly and polite. Facilities - the hotel itself have a supermarket, restaurants and also a cinema. most of what's inside the building are restaurants so, there's not a lot of choices to shop.

Room are quite big and comfy. There are no dvd player, ironing table and so on as advertise for the room facilities. so far, during my stay was very peaceful. staff are very friendly with good attitude.

Housekeeping services need better support”

It took us few calls when we requested for additional items. The staff was apologetic for not being able to cater to our request in good time since they're also attending to other works. Perhaps this is an area where they're falling short and would probably require additional supports and manning level is sufficient. Just an observation but this could also be a once off peak timing so need to also understand the bigger picture. Otherwise it was still a good experience and the staff is customer friendly as well.

Garden Sentral Hotel is located in the new Sentral Shopping Mall meaning there is no need to worry for your meals as there are a few eateries just downstairs. The room is clean and spacious. The pool is just behind my room as I opted for pool view room. The location is also very good as it is very near to my destinations.

Room smells so weird, unfriendly staff with bad attitude, asking for a car park and the staff mention; only for long term customers. Request for King Bed Size and mention clearly through the website, but given a twin bed room. Walk in customers cost BND120 for a superior but through this website it costs us BND 133. Not value for money.

1. Food for Sahur was not good. You provide food for people NOT a cat. The quality of the food itself is not good. 2. The staff that we encounter were not professional and friendly. Especially at the reception area. Not professional at all. 3. Other than that, in terms of hotel facilities, it was all satisfactory.

apartment cum hotel”

This is newly open hotel cum apartment cum shopping mall. You can easily find foods, cafe at ground and first floor. Big supermarket at ground floor, easily to get whatever you want. Location consider good for those with own transport. I don't really like the entrance, too small, no parking for hotel guest. Breskfast is ok, but the dinning place is small and located inside shopping mall, this is what I don't like. Room is big, clean and modern, very comfortable. Overall consider not bad.
