A gem in the middle of Saigon”
After being ripped off by a nasty taxi driver and left far from the address I gave him, I had lost all hope and trust in this country, but as they say the return way is not possible and you have to keep going, I kept going and I don't regret. The accommodation was amazing. I was greeted by a lovely evening receptionist and decided to explore Saigon the next day. In the morning I had a very tasty breakfast in the hotel which was included in the price. The amazing receptionist answered all my questions and even helped me save some money by telling me there's no need to take a public transport for the spots I wanted to see because I can walk, if I don't mind. She gave me a fantastic map, which kept me going and helped a big time because I didn't have any data on my mobile. Also I needed to do some laundry and she organised it for me. I don't have wonderful experience with doing laundry on the go but I was wonderfully surprised when the laundry came back greatly washed and smelled so nice.

Great hotel & breakfast ”
We had a great stay here, hotel was really clean, staff were friendly, central location but we couldn’t hear any street noise from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely (fruit, eggs, fresh baguette, tea & coffee). I would book again I thought it was excellent value for money.

Good stay. ”
Down an alley, but great location on the main district in HCMC. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke great English, rooms were clean, shower was nice. Would stay again.

Good location but little bit noisy”
Pros : Nice staff with smile and clean room. No bugs during our stay. Good location. It’s on the walking street so it’s easy to go bars or restaurants which is good. Breakfast is simple but you can choose among 3 menus. Cons : Because it’s located on walking street surrounded by bars, it’s little bit noisy at night till around 12. But not that problem to sleep. Water pressure for shower was bit weak.

Great location, great staff and good value”
Despite being in the centre of the action, the hotel is quiet and relaxed. Staff are really friendly and helpful and this place offered everything we needed while in HCMC. Price was competitive for this city, thanks!

The street is very beautiful and very lively in the evening where we passed good times. The hotel is in a very quiet alley. It's a good place. The welcome is friendly, the staff attentive and the rooms clean. Good place |

Clean simple stay just off the party street”
The guesthouse was clean and the rooms are well insulated from the noise on Bui Vien. Breakfast was fruit and a mini baguette with either eggs or jam and butter, and hit the spot each morning. Air conditioner worked well but was rather noisy.

Close to the strip for sure!”
It was really what we were looking for, it was clean, two beds, great shower! Oh yes and close to the busy street. Breakfast was good. Unit was clean. We liked it

Take no notice of 'dark alleys', great place to stay, perfectly placed a little set back from walking street, great staff, spent 6 nights there and would definitely use it again,

nice location in district 1. a lot restaurants when you go out. my only problem is the flight of stairs you have to climb especially when you're already tired from all that wandering around

Great for the budget traveler ”
In the right location for the Saigon “Walking Street” experience. Also, for a short walk to the local market experience. But..... there was no elevator so it will be stairs.

Mixed feelings ”
Centrally and very conveniently placed but too much noise in the evening because of nearby bars. Our neighbors had a very clean room but ours was quite dirty. Sure thing is that their staff is so much kind and helpful ❤️❤️❤️

Nice quiet little hotel within walking distance of major tourist sites and places to eat.”
Situated right in the Bui Vein walking street in an alley away from the traffic. Within walking distance to Ben Tanh market, War Remnants Museum, Post Office, Cathedral, Opera House, Fine Art Museum etc . Bare basic room but clean . Set breakfast provided .Breakfast is sufficient . Maybe can be expanded to include toasts and cereals as well.The walking street can be noisy at night especially weekends with many pubs and food joints. Luckily, you can hardly hear anything in the room . Day tours can be booked from the hotel . We visited the Chu Chi tunnels and Cao Dai temple in a day trip . Good outing.Walked to the other places of interest. You can get good quality roasted coffee beans or ground coffee at the big cafes like Trung Nguyen Legend, Phuc Long etc much cheaper than elsewhere.Takashimaya has a wide range of local food products at reasonable prices. Saigon Square opposite is a good shopping place for clothes, shoes etc.The street next to Ben Tanh caters to Muslims.

Very nice little hotel, this was not a luxury stay, but given the price it was definitely worth it. The room was clean, the personnel very friendly, the breakfast was okay. Definitely would recommend !

Good for a night stay”
My mom and I stayed at this hotel because it was near to the airport and we need to catch a flight next day. We both are having a hard time to look for this hotel because it's somewhere of out the pubs and clubs. Cleanliness acceptable. Breakfast is simple and nice.
