Pros: Two Metro stations nearby. Room is sparkling clean. Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner provided smell so good. Staff are polite and attentive. Breakfast is limited but good. Cons: The entire building turns off airconditioning when the weather is cold, so you’ll have to open your windows as it can get warm. Room is very small. We had 2 luggages and could only open one at a time to get things. I suggest that they just remove the extra sofa in exchange for luggage space. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend for solo or couple travelers!

Nice good hotel”
Booked hotel for our last three nights in Tokyo, which just happen to be the day of Hagibis Typhoon swept over Japan. We were thankful that we booked the hotel so we have a nice and comfortable rest during the typhoon. The staff was also polite and friendly. Free breakfast with free flow coffee and tea all day long is Room size was actually acceptable, it just that they put too much furniture, which is in my opinion, a redundant and making the room cramped. Other than that all are fantastic.

Gem in a quiet downtown location”
Front desk staff (Sen Mikin) was exceptionally helpful. Some staff spoke several Chinese dialects. It is within 5-8 minutes of walking distance to T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) to catch limousine buses to Narita / Hanaeda Airports. Rooms are very clean and hotel offers around-the-clock coffee, tea and hot/cold water at the lobby. Only downside is rooms are small but that is to be expected in downtown Tokyo for the very low price charged by the hotel.

i stayed here for 3 days. the staffs are very helpful. location is very near to subway. got breakfast in the morning although only bread and mashed potatoes.. kinda boring.. will stay again if i come to tokyo again.

Terrific Location and Value”
In Nihonbashi, central Tokyo just a seven minute walk from the TCAT where airport buses work out of and four minutes to Kayabacho metro station, this quiet and unpretentious hotel is safe, clean and the price is right. I have stayed here several times and like it because I can walk to most places, lots of local culinary diversity, and easy metro/train connection. If you just want a room this is the place, if you want all sorts of amenities perhaps look elsewhere and pay more.

Value for money”
The room was small but no complaints because we chose the small room. Despite being a very small room, we love everything about it. It has all the basic necessities. Breakfast is the same every morning; cereal, bread and potato salad. Being a muslim couple, we find this very convenient because we dont have to worry about non halal dishes. Location is super convenient, it is located nearby different lines and most importantly it is a 7-minute walk to T-CAT. It is also a 15-20-minute walk to Tokyo Station. Staff are friendly. Just a heads up, there is nothing much at that particular area. It can be very ghostly at times, especially when you are walking at night. Overall, we are happy with the hotel.

Great service!.. but weird bathroom smell”
Pros: Great service, nice complimentary continental breakfast, close to metro/train stations, a room more spacious than the average room size in Tokyo Con: I thought the hotel was really good except for the weird sewage smell in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable little rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is very basic but nice. 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Station and Airport Shuttle. Nothing much around but very convenient for one night in the capital.

Great location near many train stations, the place looked a bit old but clean. The staff didn't know English very well but was still helpful and very nice! The breakfast is free but barely serve anything...

Definitivly do not book with AGODA, the worst service ever! The hotel is good quality price, don't take the breakfast is a joke and each day same any choices, brad, gem, margarine, coffee or tea.

Got there an hour earlier and front desk charged us additional 2000 yen for check in an hour earlier. So if you planning to stay in this hotel. Make sure arrived the normal check in time 3pm . That why I dont rate them 5 star. Otherwise they okay

Prime location and superb hotel to stay!”
Great location, about 10 mins walk to Hibiya/Hanzomon/Asakusa Line Subway. Very easy to get to from and fro Haneda Airport. There’s a Ministop and 7-Eleven down the street for your convenience store needs as well. Hotel basically provides everything you need packed in a room with enough free space to move around for 2. Hair dryer, fridge, electric kettle, slipper, etc. Friendly staff and fluent spoken English staff helps us to stay in comfortably.
