Centrally located and Great Service ”
The hotel is centrally located and very near to Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Centre and so easy to get to businesses, offices, shops and tourist sights too. Hotel is spacious and tastefully done up. I stayed in a deluxe room which was well-maintained, spacious and clean, with working equipment and toiletries. All staff, from reception to concierge to waitstaff were professional, friendly and helpful, making the stay just great! I needed to extend my stay midway though and staff were able to find another available room at the same price, despite the hotel being packed. Thoughtful and good service. I highly recommend it!

Convenience location, next to Phong Tra Khong Ten and Cho Ben Thanh”
Check in is straight forward, the staff knows English. The hotel is clean, the room is clean - nothing to complain about. I did not check location of entertainment, but on walking out the hotel, I saw Phong Tra Khong Ten right across the street - very convenience - I visited there and listened to Quang Le & To My sang. I also surprised to see Cho Ben Thanh started right at the end of hotel block - a 5 minute walk there for shopping and street foods. On leaving hotel, it took a few minutes for them to check the room, and arranged a taxi to take me to airport. I will definitely will come back to this hotel.

We only stayed for 1 night at the end of our holiday but I was so disappointed we didn’t stay here at the beginning as the room was absolutely gorgeous and great value for money! Located right at Ben Than Market with tables and chairs along the side of the motel to relax and watch the world go by. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to use the pool but we went up for a look and it was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, I over indulged on the cream donuts (YUMM) although they could add fried rice to the choices as we had that at all the other 3 places we stayed during our time in Vietnam and my partner was a little disappointed but there was still plenty of choices. Our toilet was blocked when I woke in the morning so that wasn’t the greatest experience but the staff were quick to rectify the situation. The motel has a really luxurious feel to it for a great price, we would definitely stay again

Great location based only a few meters from the Ben Thanh market. It made it really easy to tell taxi drivers where to go even if you didn't know which street you were staying at. The staff always came with a smile and were very friendly. Price is very reasonable and the amenities are very new and clean. While other hotels were within the same price range, the location and reliability of staff was the reason why we chose to stay here for a longer period of time and continue exploring parts of the city.

Everything was great, nice rooftop pool, clean comfy room, great staff. Only tip I could give is be aware there are 4 "Liberty Central" hotels in the area, can lead to confusion for yourself and even taxi drivers, make sure you use the full name.... "Liberty Central Saigon Centre" when using Google maps or with drivers.

Great hotel in vibrant city”
From the moment we arrived till the time we left 5 days later I could find no reason to complain about this hotel. The staff were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble for anybody. Food was great from superb breakfast to great bar snacks and excellent evening meals in the restaurant. If one was to be extremely picky you could say the room was a bit small for a couple with 2 suitcases. First visit to Vietnam but certainly will not be the last and this hotel will be our choice as it was brilliant.

Amazing location and clean!”
An amazing place to stay in HCMC. very close to most attractions like 5-6 mins walk away. Ben Than Market is literally next to it and many eateries nearby. Hotel provides a variety of choices at breakfast but it seems to me its almost the same everyday. Nonetheless, I would stay again and would recommend.

$80/night = More hotel than you know what to do with. Nuff said - a steal at the price of $80USD a night. Very clean, you get treated like a 4-5 star hotel. Convenient to Ben Thanh and surrounding restaurants.

Hotel staff are every nice & polite. Room was very clean!!! And they actually take note of the guest's birthday and provided a birthday cake! This little gesture was very heartwarming ! Will definitely go back if we were to visit HCM again!

Great Location”
It has been a pleasant stay for both me and my spouse. Our room was upgraded and we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. The hotel is located a few minutes walk to Ben Thành Market. There also night market nearby the hotel even though Ben Thành Market is close at 7pm. I will come back again for the next visit to HCMC. Kudos to all the hotel staff for making our stay happily.

Hotel amenities and location ”
I found the hotel amenities very good with a sauna, steam room, and swimming pool, with a good quality massage available. I found my room to be a little on the small side though acceptable given the location near the market and other attractions in district 1. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I found there to be a couple of small items in the bathroom needing maintenance though only minor.

Friendly staff and central location”
Liberty Central Saigon Centre is centrally located one block from the Benh Thah Market and 10 minutes walk to City Hall and the Opera House area. There are many restaurants and local tour agencies near the hotel. The hotel’s lobby is quite pleasant with a very high ceiling. We were welcome with a juice drink. The receptionist and concierge were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. Pillows and sheets were clean. The bathroom was a comfortable size. We were up on the 10th floor, looking out to the sky line of Ho Chi Minh. It was a quiet room.

Liberty Central Saigon Centre is walking distance to most of the shops, be it the Ben Thanh market, Vincom Mall, Saigon Plaza or the high-end Takashimaya. It is conveniently located near the local restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel staff are very friendly, accommodating and can speak & understand English.

Good, friendly and prompt service from conceirge, frontdesk, restaurant and housekeepers. Even the smartly dressed managers were courteous and helpful. We had 4 rooms and all were very clean.. My elderly mother was very satisfied with the 24-hr room service, which she ordered chicken pho way after midnight. Breakfast spread was good too. Hotel location was great, walking distance to shopping and dining as well as massage and mani/pedicure, etc.

Superb Value”
One side of this old Hotel (refurbished) is partially blocked by surrounding buildings. So the rooms could give u claustrophobia. I requested for a change and their front desk supervisor Ms Kim Dzung helped and gave me a better room on my 2nd nite. Rooms are very clean but shower room water drainage needs lots of maintenance as it gets flooded after a shower. Breakfast variety could improve as their bread is not as tasty as other hotels. Overall a good hotel to rest and it’s right next to Ben Thanh market. .Good value!
