Excellent stay”

The hotel is a bit off the beaten track because of the subway construction but it's near Saigon Centre, also known as Takashimaya shopping centre. Staff were friendly and spoke good English while the breakfast is more than adequate with Western and local dishes. My room was small without a window in the main room but a small one in the bathroom. Decor was modern. Bed and facilities were great though. Highly recommended!

Nice boutique hotel in good location ”

Small boutique hotel Room size was good Our room with balcony had views though limited city views Breakfast in downstairs coffee shop was decent Staff very helpful though language was a barrier at times especially with the young man who does the night shift Many restaurants nearby but we felt the area about 20mins walk north west of district 1 had access to greater restaurants, bars and the local buses to the tunnels and Mekong.

lovely little hotel in great location, very central. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor, we had a nice view of the bitexco tower. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was nice, good pho.

Best location boutique hotel in Saigon ”

Decided to stay at this hotel because of the location in the central, but the service & friendliness of the staff here have blown my mind away. The room is beautifully decorated in the old SAIGON style. The buffet breakfast is decent and provides enough energy for you to have a day tour. I booked the Mekong delta tour and that was an excellent choice. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, very central and convenient to explore the City. Well done Little Team and I will be back soon.

Small nice hotel down a quiet lane close to the main sights”

Great little find , Kelly the receptionist was very helpful with everything , we were upgraded without having asked for an upgrade. All the staff including kitchen staff we also very helpful. The hotel is down a quiet lane way away from all the traffic noice. Very close to the hotel just a few doors away is Taka Market bought some very nice clothes there at very good prices.

Perfect for a Solo Traveler”

First, the staff is excellent and extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were a bit small, however, that was expected given the low cost of the room. Ma Mansion fit my needs perfectly and I consider it a great value for the budget minded traveler.

A hidden gem”

Tucked in an alley-way that you would miss just walking by, this little hotel is great! I would recommend it to all my friends. Great location, staff and fabulous variety at breakfast that would suit any type of traveller. Too bad there is construction on the main street La Loi but that has nothing to do with the hotel - just makes it harder to find. . Only 120,000 VND to airport by cab. Cecile from Canada

Every morning woke up by the hammering noise beside the hotel. Alley and road before reaching the hotel are too dirty and not properly tiled. Towels are light-grey color instead of white. Staffs are polite, breakfast is delicious.

Great place to stay in Saigon”

This small friendly hotel is in a quiet, but centrally located location. The alley where it is located is off what was a main street, that is currently broken up by subway construction, but there are always people around - never felt unsafe. The staff speak English and are very helpful. among other things, they arranged a car to the airport at a reasonable rate. The room was a good size, with a small, but adequate window. There is an elevator! Easy walking distance to most places you'll want to visit in Saigon.

nice little hotel”

I enjoyed my one night here, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is in the heart of district 1 (city center) so is good location for tourists. But if you have a lot of luggage you need to map the location out before you go, since its down a hem (alley) at the end. My grab driver dropped me off at the main road and I was kind of stranded with three large suitcases but I called and the hotel sent a staff member to find me and help me with the luggage. I was on the 5th floor, room with a balcony but some of the rooms don't have windows so be sure to double check when you book.

Building site”

This is a good small hotel, but at the moment they are struck by road work in front and renovation inside. So for the moment; I will recommend to find other location - but in the future; I'm sure it's as good as it used to be!

Great Location”

I was first surprised that the location was in the end of small narrow alley..the hotel is right in the end.. our room was on 4th floor, good size, very bright and fresh.. small window but complete facilities... breakfast was not buffet, just basic but different variety ... sad for us hotel serve bacon which we cannot eat.. so just take scramble/sunny side up (there was an egg station), fruits, cakes and toast... a minute walk from hotel we arrive at Saigon Square... 100 meters later at Behn Tahn Market.. just take grab or go-viet and you can get anywhere in Saigon... great place...

Hidden Gem”

Wonderful boutique hotel hidden in a lane way ,lovely breakfast which had crispy bacon which was a bonus ,the hotel was central to everything within walking distance. As the city is in the middle of developing there underground there is a lot of construction going on none of which you can hear from the hotel, but as the taxi cannot go to far into the alleyway you’ll have to wheel the suitcases down to the hotel .

Fabulous small hotel”

Loved this hotel everything about it is very good . In an excellent location ,near everything but still very quiet as down a small alley . The staff are extremely kind and helpful . I would defiantly reccomend.

Tucked away nicely minutes from market!”

Nice boutique hotel, make sure you upgrade to bigger room if traveling as a couple, standard room you will be tripping over each other! Room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and breakfast was nice. Located in quiet alley way minutes from market. Biggest challenge is the taxi being able to find it!

Lovely accommodation for short visit”

We arrived late night, there is a construction in main road, no light and as we need to go along the alley, at the 1st we missed the sign, but it only took us 5 mins to get back in to the track. But as the location is a little bit inside number of building, hidden away from the road, we do have a nice quite night. Bed is very comfy. staff are lovely, we got upgrade room too!! nice simple breakfast available. No complaint at all with this property.

It’s an older hotel but quite nice. The rooms are smallish but clean. There are some rooms so understand which kind you are getting. The breakfast is fair at best but it was decent food. The staff is wonderful. Kelly especially was so helpful. We stayed at Little hotels in Hoi An. There is no comparison. We booked Little Saigon not realizing it was part of the same group. This hotel has a long ways to go to reach that level. If I am correct this location is scheduled for renovations.

Hidden Gem”

My husband & I escaped our first hotel horror check in by booking this one in our room & walking there! When we arrived, we already felt better. They we welcoming, offered us an upgrade for a fraction of the advertised price & carried our bags into the lift. Our Porter opened our door, turned on the AC & completed a mini turn down service!! It was only 4pm, but it was the thought that counts & we certainly appreciated it! We loved it so much, we extended our stay by 2 nights. Our room was the perfect size for the 2 of us, with a tv, fridge, built in robe & a really well pressured hot shower. Surprised by the silk like robes & slippers provided!! As well as the laundry service available for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was delicious. All of the staff always smiled & said hello & our room was lovingly cleaned every day. It was off the main street, so you could only hear a whisper of the crazy street noise, but we were still in walking distance to just about anything, and we walked alot!! Also, just around the corner from the market & some delicious places to eat! We will definitely, definitely stay again!!!

Hidden Boutique Hotel in a great location”

Small hotel in between an alley between Saigon Center (luxury high end mall) and Ben Thanh Market. Quiet location. Small but simple rooms. Didn't woke up in time for the breakfast. Overpriced private hotel transport from the airport at $22 usd, wouldn't recommend after finding how cheap Uber and Grab are in Saigon.
