Good hotel”
The location is a bit away from Pham Ngu Lao street, but there are some restaurants/coffee shops around this hotel. Surrounding area is quiet, so it's a good place for relaxing after full day of sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh. Room and toilet are clean.

Great value hotel, with a nice big bedroom. It’s not central but it’s nice.”
Lovely hotel with kind friendly staff, would like to stay there again when I come back one to HCMC. It a little bit out of central HCMC but it’s only a short cab ride into the CBD and attractions.

Fantastic room but noisy at times”
This is one of the best rooms I've stayed on for the price. Clean, modern and very chill. I stayed on the 1st floor which is directly over the lobby area which became noisy at times, The people downstairs would turn the TV on and it would echo too easily. I asked once for them to make it quieter, about an hour later they did the same, morning the same happened. Not sure about the upper floors but the 2nd floor hears everything.

Good - Vietnamese customer”
Good cleanliness, nice staffs, not very active in answering agoda message but I had no problem in this term. The hotel is near a typically Vietnamese market, you can buy things and enjoy breakfast there. However, since this is not a tourist attraction, foreigners might have difficulty in communication.

Worth it for money!”
Got a room for super cheap! Tho it was'nt that clean had a great stay and bed was super comfy. Air con was perfect, too. Staff is super friendly, asked to borrow an umbrella and hair dryer and it was no problem. Location is a lil bit on the outside but not too bad (20-30 minutes walk to center)!

Air conditioner is not working, not have elevators. Very disappointed. Doors are likely broken. Do not comeback here anymore. =((

Bad experience”
Received approval from hotel for special request are high floor and quite room. But they arrange room on the ground floor with noise all day. Asked them help to change room but rejected. Very disappointed!

Excellent Hostel!”
Clean, comfortable, excellent friendly staff. I was only here one night transitioning between Cambodia and Nha Trang, but would stay here again if I was going to stay in HCMC for longer. The owner was super friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and comfortable with hot water! Excellent value for your money.

Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to the tour to cu chi tunnels and city tour. Overall experience was awesome. I'll definitely recommend this place

Value for money ”
We had the most basic room for about $20 AUD a night and you get what you pay for. Everything was quite clean and had no issues besides the broken aircon (but there was a fan that was sufficient) and no lift, which may be an issue for those on the higher floors with heavy luggage. The bathroom, particularly the shower, was slightly unusual and took a bit of time to adjust too. The bathroom was about 1m squared and the shower did not have a shower screen or anything separating it from the rest of the bathroom, with the shower head almost just above the toilet. However, overall good home for 2 days with friendly staff who had well-spoken English.

Nice Short Stay ”
This place was great for a short stay. We stayed in the room on the 4th floor while apartment hunting. There's not an elevator at this hotel so be prepared to climb with all your luggage. I strongly recommend arriving either in day time because it's not extremely difficult to find, but the hotel sign is rather small and it can a tiny bit hard to find. There's tons of delicious,cheap local food nearby as well as a couple western fast food spots if that's your thing. The owner speaks English,but the girl who man's the desk at night does not. He's very helpful and really nice.Overall, a great place for 3-4 nights while you get set up in Saigon.

Love it. Great local restaurant- straight out the front gate for 20 meters, turn right down the alley, walk 15 meters, first place on your right. Fantastic noodles and egg for breakfast. Seriously, awesome.

It is fun to wander the neighborhood. Small alleys and side streets. A local market is within a short walk and it is fun experiencing the sights and smells. Ask the owner to point out his favorite neighborhood restaurant. A really good experience and I would stay here again.

Non responsive staff”
staff barely spoke on our arrival, after that, nothing! even speaking to them in Vietnamese hello and thank you. no acknowledgement or smile. booked a city view room and got the wall of a big building in our sight, rubbish! air con noisy and temperature selected wasn't accurate. we had it on 16 degrees but felt more like 23. location good for district 3 but I wouldn't recommend staying here. if you're a "westerner" and like a more party vibe stay in district 1.

Perfect little boutique hotel”
Finally found the ideal hotel in Saigon. Usually there's some glaring deficiency like loud street noise or dingy rooms -- not so here. Perfectly located to explore any direction in the city, uber comfortable, not too difficult to find. I was only supposed to stay a few days before looking into other hotels, but I ended up just extending at Minh Chau for 2 weeks instead. Look no further.
