Great stay at NYX Madrid”
Nice hotel, well placed, just far enough away to make it a bit of an adventure to reach the city center. Great themes and decor, 80's-90's retro arcade games were a brilliant throw back. Good vibe, great bar, amazing breakfast, rooms were nicely styled to give a boutique feel. Would defo recommend and if in Madrid, would certainly stay again. Thank you NYX & staff.

Front desk staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was a nice size, bar/pool area a nice touch especially after sightseeing all day.

Good location”
Rooms are small, but they have everything you need and are quite clean. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast was also good. If you stay in Madrid and want to be quite centrally located without spending too much money, this is a good place to come.

Never book a room for 3 people in Nyx madrid”
I had booked a room for 3,On arrival i was super suprised.The room was small it was sufficient for 2 and they had just managed to fit an extra bed occupying the free space left,So i felt like i am in a prison with no space to breathe.False information mentioned on website It is mentioned room size is 24 metre,Actually its not more than 18 metre.if 2 persons also stay in the room than also they may feel congested there is hardly any space to keep luggage,we were 3 people,2 Adults and 1 child of 14 yrs.we hardly fitted one big bag and one small,Rest of the bags we had to keep in the storage room.Room needs more illumination,i felt rooms light were insufficient.If you are looking a room for 3 better book 2 room instead of getting stuck in a prison.please dont go thru pictures,pictures are clicked in a manner that they appear bigger than what actually they are.

Fantastic hotel ”
Highly recommended. Really great boutique style hotel. Excellent central london - really accessible transport links for all parts of the city and airport. Hotel room was lovely. Really clean and comfortable. Lovely comfy cloudlike bed and very quiet room overall. I will stay again both at this hotel when in Madrid and also in other cities.

Amazing Hotel”
This is an amazing hotel! We were wowed from our arrival. The lobby and bar are stunning and clean and very elegant. Our room was more than we could have asked for! It was spacious, clean, dream like bed and definitely 5* quality. The only down side was the fact they had advertised the pool however thIs was not open yet. Kind of felt like a bit of false advertising as this was the main reason we booked the hotel. Besides this it is a completely stunning hotel and we would definitely stay here again!

A promise not delivred”
We expected more from this four star hotel. The fact that the temperature outside was slightly fresh doesn't mean that the rooms were. It was actually hot and impossible to sleep at night time.The receptionist suggested to open windows in an unpleasant tone that stopped me from pleading my cause!!!The air/con paid for, in the rate,should of be provided for the people wanting or needing it regardless of the outside temperature given as an excuse.Tea and coffee complimentary was missing.

Angenehmes Hotel im Stil der 70er Jahre”
Insgesamt würde ich trotz der genannten Nachteile dieses Hotel empfehlen, da man sich hier "wohl" fühlen kann. Dabei muss man allerdings bedenken, dass man, will man sich am Nachmittag nach der Besichtigung der Stadt ein wenig ausruhen, für den Weg mehr Zeit benötigt als für ein Hotel, das wirklich im Zentrum und in der Nähe der Gran Via liegt. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es kleine Restaurants, die Menus anbieten und in denen man günstig mittags zum Essen gehen kann. Ebenfalls gibt es kleinere Läden, in denen man sich versorgen kann.

Hat nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen”
Wir waren trotz der 4 Sterne nicht gerade von dem Haus überzeugt. Bei 4 Sternen erwartet man doch ein bisschen mehr. Das Inventar hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Matratzen sollte man öfters mal wechseln, da unsere schon sehr durch gelegen war und man die Federn einzeln gemerkt hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen sogar für Spanien übertroffen. Es war reichlich und viel vorhanden. Wie z.B. 6 verschiedene Marmeladen, Rüheier, Schinken, Würstchen, Cornflakes, Müsli, verschieden Brote und Brötchen, süße Teilchen, drei verschiedene Säfte, hart gekochte Eier und vieles mehr.

Très belle hôtel. Chambre confortable. Roof top agréable. La piscine n est pas très grande mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Petit déjeuner avec du choix je recommande cette hotel

O hotel deixou a desejar no quesito serviço, pois não tinha funcionários disponíveis para levar um simples balde de gelo no quarto e o café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com poucas opções de comidas e bebidas. O quarto que fiquei o superior é bom e a limpeza estava de acordo e a localização é excelente, mas não vale o preço que paguei, mesmo tendo pago um valor promocional, achei ruim o custo-benefício.

E' il giusto hotel per chi vuole soggiornare nella parte moderna della città, lo stadio Bernabeu è a 5 min. a piedi, ci si può muovere facilmente con i mezzi (metro) verso il centro.

Plussen en minnen”
Het hotel heeft een aantal plussen en minnen. De omgeving is niet echt dynamisch maar wel rustig en net te ver van meer hectiek. Wel een zwembad, maar de bedjes staan super dicht op elkaar terwijl er 4 ongebruikte cabanas staan die prijzig zijn. De kamers zijn krap. Maar wel trendy, terwijl de badkamer het net niet is. Wel airco en fijne harde bedden. Toiletartikelen zijn er niet standaard, maar vragen helpt.
