One night stay”
Reception staff very efficient and speak good english. Rooms spacious and very clean. Free WiFi for 24 hours. Bathrooms have been refurbished and are very stylish. We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and always enjoy our stay.

parking”
Both your web site and the hotel web page did not mention a charge for parking. The only mention of a charge was for when the garage was closed for work from June to September and that was for the hospital car park which the hotel had an agreement with.The member of staff i spoke to and showed both web pages agreed with me but printed off of something under their hotel policy about a charge but it still did not mention the price of €15.00. The breakfast could have been a lot hotter than it was.

Big Disapointment”
First upgraded the room to a triple bed. Room was full of humidity. Staff did not believe at first. Then drops from the air con gave the proof. Second room was less covered with stains all over. Quite less humid. But still... Rooms floor are covered with dark carpet. Elevators are small compared to the hotel's size and jerky, giving a bad feeling. Breakfast is terrible: pastry remains several days the same, tortilla literally crumbles like sand, the worst I ever had. No local specialty (Morcon, spbresada, ...) good old days are over. Bar is better with full set of drinks and clean modern touch. Location is convenient for car parking. Wifi is TERRIBLE. Connection is only to be made in the common area near the elevators. It was impossible for me to get connected from the room. No Ethernet cable as well... I had to connect to public "Ayuntamiento" network instead, for minimal browsing... Tried in both rooms...

Good hotel close to the old city.”
We stayed one night at this hotel, just to get a break from the beach and see this city. We chose this hotel because it is located close to the old city, and because it's a good hotel for a resonable price. The rooms were nice, the staff friendly, and everything like it's supposed to be.

Great location”
Difficult to find from non-motorway route, but location excellent . Easy pleasant walking to city centre and attractions. We had to request details of free wifi but when requested this worked well. Food in cafe was good and not horrendously expensive. Parking a bit pricey at 15 euros per day but was very safe. Room pleasant and comfortable without being outstandinh. Pleasant stay.Good value.

Super hotel in great location. Wifi system needs serious updating I had to ask for the wifi password twice each day and it only provides the basic Internet system.

"Hotel piacevole ed ottima posizione"”
L'albergo è di bell'aspetto, i saloni sono grandi e ben curati, il servizio è buono. Le camere sono spaziose e funzionali. La posizione è eccellente (a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro). Unico neo: una connessione ad internet non adeguata, almeno per quanto riguarda il suo utilizzo in WiFi dalle camere.

Mi hotel preferido de MURCIA”
Muy bien ubicado al lado de l rio segura, cerca de todo y alejado del ruido de otros hoteles que he estado en el centro de Murcia. Buen hotel.

Aqui falla el Front”
De nuevo me doy cuenta que el personal del Front no esta al nivel del hotel. Falta cortesia, contacto y resolucion. Estan ausentes en el check-in.
