Good and Cheap”
if you are looking for a cheap and good hotel / hostel that is about 15 mins around the tourist area, this is the place you have to go. Alot of street food near by that starts from 25k. Ben Thanh Market is about 13 mins away. breakfast comes with 2 eggs + baguette + banana + Vietnam coffee and slices of tomato and cucumber ( i mean, for that kind of price USD15 per night with a/c and water heater.. its DAMN GOOD ) staff at the counter are friendly too, their tour price are also acceptable half day cu chi tunnel for less than USD 10 and full day mei kong river for less than USD 15.

Best budget room”
Stayed in the basic double room. Perfect for a budget traveler wanting a private room. Room was clean. Ac works well. Free water refill in the kitchen. Staff is fairly friendly. Bag storage. Hot showers. Toiletries. Breakfast is 2 eggs toast banana and coffee until 9am. Great location to walking street but off the main area so it’s quiet at night. Underground parking for motorbikes.

You get what you paid for ”
I came around 10pm and the staff was very polite in accommodating me. The room I got is not what I expected. I didn’t expect how big the room I got which I really appreciate. The room was clean but it has that musty smell that tells you that it hasn’t been used for quite some time.Location is good enough. You can walk around in the morning and get to see the locals doing their normal daily routine but not so near to all the scenic places. Grab car and bike is available though I preferred Grab car which I felt more secured and relaxed but traffic jam is very heavy so better be ready.

Clean rooms”
Nice room with an en-suite. Decent size, with aircon and a fan. Hot water and soap provided. Could have had more info available about breakfast. A couple of streets away from the main walking street so ideally would have liked to be a bit closer.

All in all, the place is okay for the price we paid but there are issues in some of the rooms given to us. But they’re very quick to fix it or respond to our complaints. The location is a bit close to the center so that’s a good thing.

only one girl who is the receptionist is a poor girl who take all the responsibilities and other staff having zero customer service skills and cleaning staff can t understand at least one English word and had a very hard time.

Capsules need better maintenance”
I stayed there 3 days in the capsule. The capsule has very thin walls, I can't even lean on it. The wall at the head side was super-thin and broken. The room is small, clean enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, it was very cheap, but I wouldn't stay there in the capsule next time.

Night Hostel”
Good to just crash on the night and go out for party on the crown area around 7 min by walk. The area is a bit rough and nobody by the street from 24:00 so take care. But saying this during the day is plenty of vietnamese people doing the day and many food choices. The bed is ok and the facilities acceptably the staff is very professional though.
