The worst aparthotel I've ever stayed with.”

The apartment was not clean: Toilet bowl is stained, dirty. Floor was sticky. Bed and linings, headboard -- dusty. Kitchen utensils -- stained, oily. Sofa - obviously very old, stained. Again dirty. Staff -- obviously, needs a lot of training. Since this is in Service industry. Key word is SERVICE. I wont name names, but the management should really do a discreet monitoring on how the staff doing specially in the reception. I can go on and on, but ending is if I have option, I will not stay in this aparthotel again.

Don't expect early check-in”

We showed up at 12:00 hoping for an early check-in. Room wasn't ready so staff offered to hold luggage in a storage room so you can check back later. If you are well-rested this is a good option but we had flown all night so just wanted a shower/rest. Came back an hour later but sat in the lounge until 15:10 when the room was finally ready. Plse note they do post a 1500 check-in so can't fault them on that. Staff was very apologetic and friendly. Others in the lounge also waited until 15:00. Room was clean and as expected. Weak shower pressure. At 0900 next morning was surprised by three men with their luggage opening door as the room had been given to them! Stayed 2 days and room was not serviced. No door hanger or other method to indicate room can be cleaned (do you have to tell the front desk?).

The room is clean enough but unfortunately there's very bad smelling in the elevators and the hallways. Many people smoke in the elevators, hallways and front door of the hotel.

Love place”

Loved the studio we stayed in we could cook and it was compete in utensils. It helped that there was a convenience store just across the hotel. Train station was a 5 min walk away and across was one of the best local brassiere shop we went to.

Close to OpenEurope car leasing, but bad Wifi”

We needed to use a cab to find the place as the signage isn't very helpful when arriving from the La Defense station. It's actually an easy walk but not clear which direction you take. Our only complaint is that the Wifi was terrible and really shouldn't be included as a feature of the property. Otherwise, it was comfortable for the one evening.

Overall is fine, but there are some smell in the room, most probably smell from the wooden furniture.

The room has some smell (not too bad, but there is) and the sink blocked. There is a tag (to be placed at your door to inform the staff) but it doesn't serve the purpose until you go to inform the staff at the front desk. However they have a prompt action to fix it. It is slightly expensive compared to other nearby aparthotel, I do not think it worth the money i paid for.

Stressful check in but warm and friendly staff”

Upon check in, the front desk could not honour my booking as there was no record of this. I printed off voucher and this was eventually quickly resolved. Never had issues with reservations in the past but this was rather stressful. We got upgraded to 1 bed apartment which I would highly recommend as it gives you much more space than a studio. Room faced other apartments across the road and view of la Defense business district. Room was quiet and functional. Little kichenette was handy to make coffee and breakfast. There is a little fridge, two plate electric hob, kettle and microwave. Hotel is handy for Quatre Temps shopping mall which has many shops and two supermarkets like Auchan and Monoprix. It would be easier to take tram from La Defense to Leonardo Da Vinci stop which is 1 stop away, then walk straight across to hotel. Hotel signage can only be seen from tram stop as it is right on top of roof of the hotel. La Defense is easy to get to from Gare du Nord (Eurostar) or airport and other attractions.

this aparthotel is very conveniently located, about 10 minutes' walk to the la defense station (and the grande arche). from this station, one can take the metro to many parts of the city. one can even take the rer train directly to disneyland paris. the studio apartment is rather small for 3 people, but the 2-bedroom apartment is quite sufficient for a party of 4. the kitchenette is well equipped, with cooking utensils, electric kettle, a microwave, two induction plates, and a dishwasher. there are two supermarkets nearby; one just across the road, and a larger one (monoprix) about 3 minutes' walk away. staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. notable to mention are at the front desk and the lovely at the coffee house. we will definitely stay here again if we happen to find ourselves in paris in future.

Bonjour avoir deux lits simple collé en guise de lit « king size «  pour une chambre à 100 euros la nuit, inadmissible. Et j’en passe.

Pratique mais très moyen pour un 4 étoiles ! ”

1- Côté positif : Hôtel bien situé à côté l'Arche et de l'Arena (15 min de marche). RER (Ligne A "Rouge" Attention zone 3) et du métro (Terminus ligne 1 "Jaune" pas de zone donc beaucoup moins cher ! ). Rue calme et quartier agréable. Une supérette très bien fournie et aux prix convenable se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Logement type studio avec kitchenette et salle de bain. Espace suffisant et bien conçu pour 2 personnes. Literie propre et confortable. Kit vaisselle fourni (il manque pour nous, un grille pain et des dosettes de sels et poivre). 2 - Côté négatif : L'accueil est froid et distant. Attente de la chambre 3/4h. Compteur électrique et clim très bruyants, le technicien à juste coupé l'alimentation donc bouchons pour les oreilles durant 3 nuits... Poussières très présente sous le lit et les grilles. Odeur dans la chambre (Tabac, Moisi ?). Aucun état des lieux fait à l'entrée et à la sortie, caution libérée à distance donc aucun moyen de contester si problème...

Het hotel is prima verzorgd. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. In het weekend vrij parkeren voor de deur en in de straat. Als je tenminste een plek kan vinden. Anders parkeren in de relatief dure parkeergarage van het hotel. Aan de achterzijde is een leuk parkje met kinderspeelplaats.

Kwalitatief goed hotel, met ruime en van alle gemakken voorziene kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk en kundig, waardoor zowel check in als check out snel en effectief verlopen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed, zeker indien men dit vergelijkt met omliggende hotels. Nadelen zij de te krappe ontbijtruimte. Ofwel de ruimte is te klein, dan wel de tafels staan veel te dicht op elkaar. Voorts is het aantal liften aan de krappe kant. Met name als men op een van de hogere etages is gestationeerd, duurt het erg lang voordat men een lift heeft. Eind conclusie: Prima hotel.
