Exceptional location and service”
Excellent location with district 1 attractions within walking distance of 15-20min away, 2 convenience stores just across the street and 20min away from airport. Impressed by staff's services in all areas possible, from guiding us where to explore to shuttle bus FAQs and making reservations for us. The janitor and hotelier were also exceptional in helping us unlock the room when they spotted our room card was faulty and another also waited with us till we boarded the grab back to airport. 10/10 recommend. Also used the free gym, sauna, jaccuzi and pool room

This hotel is outstanding! Beautiful decor, fantastic facilities and for us, a 5 star experience. Great location too- walking distance to downtown area and loads of good restaurants and bars nearby. We booked the grand suite which we shared with another couple. Unbelievable value for a hotel of this quality at £120 a night for the room (£60 each couple). I actually checked my booking statement to make sure there hadn’t been a mistake as I couldn’t believe how cheap it was! Would thoroughly recommend for a stay in Ho Chi Minh. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.

We are staying Grand suit was excellent. The 2 bed room apartment was spacious brand new and spotless. Breakfast Buffet was fantastic and very good quality food with lot of selection to suit your cuisine but most of all the staff were impeccable service with the outstanding receptionist Thanh Truc and her team as well as enthusiastic and polite of waiters and waitress at Cafe lounge. We are strongly recommended for family travel with young child or teenage. We will definitely stay this hotel again if have chance come back to VN.

I have stayed in many countries and many hotels and from what I have experienced in the past this hotel/suites are hundred percent worth it's money. Walking distance to many touristy places as well as restaurants. With a well known grocery shop literally across the street. What was the best for me was that I was treated like an old friend. It was just so lovely staying there.

The complex was very clean and tidy and spacious. Happy with all the staff and facilities. Would have loved to stay longer. The supermarket across the road is a bonus!

Beautiful apartment. Extremely clean. I was so surprise the food at restaurant was that yummy. Very quality food but of course it’s more expensive compared to street food. Location is good as it’s borderline 1.

New, clean, well-managed hotel”
This is a new hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with facilities for cooking which is very nice. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and game room are all excellent. The only reason I won't give a 5 star rating is the dining options. The only restaurant is in the lobby area and it is seriously lacking in atmosphere. The restaurant seems to have been an afterthought of the hotel owners. Also, they charged us to park our motorbike in the garage which is silly.

Worth the money spent”
Staff were all smiles, the place was very accommodating. After a tiring tour in the day, coming back to such a place does give a good lasting impression. If given a chance to stay somewhere else, i’d rather pick this place again. Having a toddler and infant with me, facilities are all family friendly as well.

Clean, elegant, spacious for family of four, and attentive and gracious staff. They greeted us with delicious welcome drink. Perfect location in district 3 , just across from district 1. Beautiful gym and pool. An amazing deal versus two hotel rooms.

Spacious and Convenient ”
We stayed at the 2BR suite, it was basically an apartment. It was comfortable and the kitchen and laundry area was convenient. We basically just had to walk to all the tourist landmarks around Saigon as the pathways were great to walk on. Nice place to stay as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of District 1 but yet just next to it that it’s not inconvenient when wanting to tour the area.

Wonderful stay”
The rooms are perfect, it's everything you need and more whether you stay for a couple of nights or more. We stayed for 4 nights and this hotel was the best while we travelled through Vietnam. There are restaurants a short walk away but the main areas you do have to walk a bit more. In the heat at times it does get a bit more difficult but taxi/scooters are very affordable to just grab! The staff are extremely helpful and wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great option for a group or family”
For a competitive price this was a great option for us as we could share and enjoy the space together. Great kitchen and lounge. 2 large bedrooms with the most comfortable pillows ever. Breakfast was a bit expensive and for the price not as exciting as I expected

This was my second stay at Sherwood Suites and it was impeccable, ranging from the comfort and cleanliness of the suite, to the hospitable staff members.
