The Silverland Charner was a great place to stay in HCMC. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable. If you like outdoor showers youll really enjoy staying here. The only criticism we have is they were the only hotel during our vacation that did not reach out to us before hand. We were able to get to the hotel on our own and would recommend taking the prepaid taxi to be safe. It is ~100K dong more. It was a lovely hotel in an excellent location! This was our "splurge hotel" and we would recommend spending a bit more for the suite - it is well worth it.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of downtown Saigon”
Fabulous hotel right in the heart of downtown Saigon. Within walking distance to everything you want to see. The hotel itself is just outstanding. The service is second to none and the staff are always happy to help out. The guest relations manager Lam was just so helpful, with organising trips to the front of house in the restaurant. Breakfast is one of the best spreads Ive had in Asia at any hotel and the free afternoon tea is sublime. The rooms in the hotel are comfortable and quiet and the aircon is at the right level with no noise. I thouroughly recommend.

Very good hotel”
Location is excellent. Close to walking street and many restaurants. Rooms are very well appointed. Many English channels with news and movies on tv. Very good water pressure and no shortage of hot water. There is a nice pool with good seating and chairs. Nice sauna and separate steam room. Small but adequate gym with good views of the city. Very comfortable seating on top floors for reading and relaxing. Staff is very good and very responsive. Only downside is that no breakfast offered at this time. Slow because of covid. I will definitely stay here again.

We were warmly greeted with welcome drink and food whilst we waited to be checked in. All the staff are attentive, polite, helpful and spoke good English and made effort to ensure you had a good stay. Rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast were good, the complementary afternoon tea with live music is a gem, it really made my stay much more enjoyable. Very good location in the heart of District 1 while being a quiet night to relax. There is an abundant restaurant, tea/coffee house and Circle K nearby. Very near to Takashimaya too.

Even better than expected ”
We stayed three nights in the Bonard Suite and the room with balcony and bathtub inside was fantastic. Everything in very good condition. The staff and service was very friendly but at the same time professional. The location is central and lots of restaurants are nearby. We would definitely recommend the Silverland Charner to anyone who appreciates good service and a classy interior. The afternoon tea is another big plus because it's just like a breakfast buffet with a mixture of sweets, different drinks, fruits and snacks such as salad and spring rolls. The only thing that could need a bit more space is the pool on the 10th floor because the seats were almost always taken. Also note that it's not an infinity pool. Next to the swimming pool is a sauna with a great view of the surrounding area. Especially great in the evening after sunset.

I don’t know why there are bad reviews when the hotel room was really nice. It was spacious and clean (unlike other hotels with cockroaches and lizards in the room). The bathroom had a high tech toilet which honestly I would consider installing in my own home 😆😆😆 The staff are super friendly and cater to your needs efficiently! The location is awesome, everything is a quick walk/ cheap grab ride away. I recommend the flan at the breakfast buffet :-)))) will definitely come back!!!!!

Second time to Saigon”
We had a most wonderful stay with comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast, delicious afternoon teas with wonderful live music and fabulous massages. The rooftop pool perfect for a swim and to enjoy the night lights of all the buildings. Very close to Financial Tower which has 49th floor to view the whole city. Could not fault this intimate hotel at all. Previously we stayed at Sofitel and Silverland Charner trumps that.

As Saigoner and stay many luxury hotel in the world however I very amazing about Silverland Charner team. Our Executive Room very interesting with Times Square view and comfortable space room include bathtub, hi-end toilet. One of best memories is complimentary afternoon tea and cozy breakfast. Good location, convenient. Room 901 was amazing - spacious. The bed was more comfortable than mine at home, and you're spoiled for choice at breakfast. Great location- famous Vietnamese sandwich shop down the street n lots of other food options! Across from bitesco tower and quick n cheap 5 -10 min taxi ride to Ben Thành market, post office, etc. Staff was very friendly and excellent! The rooms were very clean and super cute! Definitely Stayin here for all future visits!

Amazing Stay”
This hotel was our sanctuary for our stay in the city. Every time we come back from a walk, this place rejuvenates our energy. The ambiance is very cozy, the rooms are magnificent, the staffs were amazing, everything is perfect! This is a boutique hotel but, for me its way better than a 5-star hotel. The price might be a bit high than the others, but the experience that you will have here is unforgettable. There is a WOW factor in this hotel. I also went during my bday, they had a cake for me, twice!! If I'll be back in HCM, I'll definitely go back here. Also, location wise, it is perfect!

Best Value Accommodation”
I have used the Au Lac Charmer fairly regularly because I am impressed by the value it offers. However I always book a room with windows and the balcony when I can. Well worth the extra money. Facilities are very good, cleanliness is great and the staff welcoming. The buffet breakfast is also welcome before a day out working or shopping.

Wonderful location - in between big shopping malls, yet walking distance to historical locations as well. Charming coffee shops all around. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Hotel is also very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A lovely boutique hotel which features the best of the old and new of Ho Chi Minh.

I am staying for 4days 3night at Au Lac Charner Hotel, Enjoying the rooftop pool views and pool bar drinks. Fantastic from the time your step in”
Silverland Charner was perfect in almost every way. We were invited for the afternoon tea while waiting to be checked in, something you rarely experience in other hotels. Staff were fantastic and the hotel centrally located amidst plenty of shops and cafes. The best part of it all was the pool which I was lucky to have all to myself. The landscape, greenery against the backdrop of skyscrapers made my swim memorable. I wish that the standard rooms were bigger though, but not something which still prevent me from returning.

We spent a week at SILVERLAND Charner whilst on holiday in HCMC, and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place. The building and rooms are beautiful, brand new and well furnished. Facilities are excellent, including the rooftop swimming pool and bar, food is wonderful- breakfast and afternoon tea included in our rate. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the position of the hotel, just below the Bitexco Tower, perfect for sightseeing on foot or by taxi. Free soft drinks mini bar too!

Good and accommodating staff. Good buffet breakfast. Nice pool with steam room and sauna. Very comfortable beds and nice quality pillows. Excellent location and close to Nguyen walking street and Saigon Center. Many restaurants and market very close. Will definitely stay here again

Excellent spread of full breakfast and afternoon tea! The afternoon tea option was well worth it as it was more of a mini buffet! We thoroughly enjoyed every single meal at the hotel. Staff were all very courteous and attentive! Great location as it’s only a few steps away from Bitexco tower! Loved the decor especially the lobby area and dining room. The pool on the rooftop is an added bonus but availability of sun beds can be an issue because of a handful of guests ‘camping’ by the poolside from morning till afternoon.

The renovated hotel offers great value due to location, rooms, facilities and the helpful staff. The pool is now open and the gym is or will be soon. The room itself was large, very clean and the bed one of the best for comfort. Offers excellent value for money whether you stay one night or several.
