The Budget Conscious Traveler: Good value for money ”
We stayed for one week and found the staff friendly and the room clean. The hotel is close to the Metro Subway. There are two convenient stores within walking distance, along with many local restaurants and Starbucks. We stayed in a comfort double room, which is a (queen bed). Only downside is the rooms are quite small, so large suitcases take up a lot of room. The twin rooms are slightly bigger and we will choose this option for our next trip. Complementary breakfast is provided with two options to choose from, but is limited. However, for an extra 200 Yen you can have pancakes and other breakfast choices can be purchased during the week. The hotel has good wifi and has vending machines, ice machine, laundry and microwave on the 8th floor. We will stay again but perhaps bring our own pillows next time as they were not what we were used to. If you have mobility issues I recommend the universal twin as it is the accessible option. You have to step up to access the bathroom and bath.

Great location”
Yes, the rooms are your typical Japan-sized room i.e. small, but mine was clean & comfortable. Great location for catching the local trains & you are within close walking distance to 2 stations on different lines. Tokyo central is also a walkable distance. To buy an IC (prepaid card for transport) I suggest purchasing from the machine at the local train station, Kayabachō. This was because I specifically wanted a Pasmo, not Suica. I couldn’t find a machine at Tokyo central that offered this service. English options are available at the machines & they are intuitive to use. There is a family mart around the corner, & the hotel is close to restaurants & cafes. There are also washing machines & dryers in the hotel (¥300 for 30 minute washing & detergent is automatically dispensed. The dryer is ¥100 for 30 minutes. I found this was enough to dry my small load of clothes including jeans. Make sure you have ¥100 coins with you). I didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment on this. I would definitely stay here again.

Great and worthy hotel”
My trip to Tokyo stayed 8 nights within this hotel. It's a great choice and it's worth. 1) Hotel location is great which is nearby subway station 2) Room soundproofing is great, we didn't hear any noise from rooms nearby 3) Staff are nice and helpful, some of them are good enough in English for communication. 4) Room size is small, but there is still enough space for putting two big luggages on the floor. 5) Bed is comfortable 6) Self check-out saves lots of time 7) Room cleaning is good 8) The room is nice, with a great air-conditioning control system and humidifier. We just switch on the air-flow all-night long with window open. We can sleep nicely.

A super cozy but modern hotel”
I really liked how easy it is to locate this hotel and how everything looks immediately when I entered. There is a machine for agoda check-in/out which makes things super convenient. The room is clean and really well designed! The card key holder is how you turn on the room lights and I love how you can control all the lights in the room from your bed alone! The bed is also huge! I also really loved how they have lockers available to use after checking out which made things really convenient for me. I was able to do some shopping without lugging around a suitcase before leaving for the next destination.

When my husband & I look for a hotel we look for something nice (me) & cost effective (him). Granted, the rooms are tiny, but that’s what you come to expect in Japan unless you have a bigger budget for your trip. The hotel is clean, quiet, with friendly staff, & we ate the light breakfast they provide every morning. It’s in the vicinity of several train stations so you have the option to walk a few extra minutes so you don’t have to change trains. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the Tsujiki fish market. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider it if we make the trip back to Tokyo!

A highly recommended hotel”
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel is awesome since it is super close to the metro stations. There are a few convenient stores and restaurants nearby so you can always find some good food. Although I booked adjoining rooms with an economical price, the facilities and customer service were still at a high quality. They even offered free tea bags, bath salts, lotion, facial cleanser, comb, etc. at the lobby at night.

Great location with 2 metro lines nearby. Easy to get to the airport via bus or train. A lot of food places around, & there’s different convenient stores nearby. Hotel has complimentary skincare, teas etc for guest. Room is clean and modern but a little small, overall still excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast at the pronto beside the hotel. Nothing impressive but definitely enough. Anyway there’s always other foods available outside so is not a problem. Will definitely patronise again.

We really liked this hotel. It is very up to date and has everything a guest could wish for. The room was a bit small but the service offered is incomparable with other hotels. The room has a tablet with all the information a guest could ask for. It was also very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is also great, since there is a metro station just around the corner. We would highly recommend this hotel!

I am very happy with choosing this hotel. It was a little more pricy but the location was great, the room was very small but nice and the bed very comfy. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly always greeding me when going out or coming back. That it's near Tokyo station was even better, thought I mostly used the subway which is around 1 min away from the hotel. I absolutly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and clean rooms”
Our group came to Tokyo to go to Disney the next day. The hotel was very close to the subway and it was very easy to get to Maihama station from the nearby JR station. The staff was patient and kind to us even while our group was a little chaotic trying to get everything in order. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.

We found this hotel very convenient to Tokyo station. You could walk there in about 20 minutes. There were also nearby subways for the metro lines. We found the room size fine for us and out luggage and the bed was comfortable and a good size. Very clean and modern. Know your expectations for breakfast- it's nothing flash at all - but we knew this when choosing the hotel.

I booked here for 2 nights and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was decently sized with a shower over bath. I like how they have a tablet in each room that informs you of the availability of the laundry machines; that is revolutionary. The staffs were very kind and nice and the breakfast was also pretty good. The location is ideal, within 5 min walking distance to the Tozai and Hibiya metro line and also within 12 min from the Airport/Asakusa line so it's definitely accessible :)

A Nice Compact Room”
I liked the concept of this Inn. I kinda expected it to be a tiny room since Japan is one the most expensive city in the world. Staffs were very friendly & helpful even though they only know little English. The room was a it small for 2 people with 2 big luggages & a small one but it worked out fine actually when u know how to organise your stuffs & tidy up in the room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is a compact one & was very clean. There was a laundry room & its awesome. Downstair by the reception there was a little desk where u can get your free sachets of shower gel, lotion, face mask, tea, coffee etc. Breakfast is very simple which was an express breakfast where u choose which option u want by the cafe downstairs. Kayabacho train station is just around the corner on the right about 5 min walk. Its such a nice convenient place. Its perfect for solo traveler, business traveler or transit traveler.

Rooms are pretty big as compared to japan size hotel, facilities are amazing and clean. Love the japanese toilet design and the simple and delicious breakfast how they manage the hotel. I just hope that they allow longer time (36hrs) for keeping the luggage so we can go for day trips and come back to the same hotel.

Strategic Location”
Convenient, comfortable & affordable. Although the room is quite small but it has everything you need. Bed was quite comfortable. It's very near to metro station, around 2 mins walk. Surrounded by a few eateries, drugstores, convenience stores & it's close to Tokyo station as well. Definitely will stay here again.

Rooms are neat and tidy though quite dark. Perfect for those who will be out and about for most of the day. Room was spacious was spacious enough for one and would be okay for a couple who pack economically. Bathroom is basic but clean and looked fairly newly redone. Sotetsu’s interior decoration is accented by tasteful black and white cityscapes. Security seemed standard with key only elevator access. Service was efficient. Be careful to check the name and location carefully; there is another Sotetsu nearby with a name that could be easily mistaken. Overall a very comfortable and convenient place. Included breakfast is good but small.

Around the corner from nearest subway station. Modern and clean, albeit small rooms. Checking in and out is done on a touch screen machine in the lobby but there was staff to assist. Would stay here again.
