This is truely a 5 star hotel. You don’t have to look far when planning to stay in a luxury hotel in Saigon. This is the ONE. Amazing decoration which is extremely pleasing to look at. Everything here have been designed and built with great attention to detail. I stayed here with my young family for 2 nights and it’s worth every dollar. Definitely I will come back to Reverie Saigon again in the future.

If you can afford it highly recommend staying here. The Hotel is stunning to look at and to be in. Excellent Breakfast The Gym is well appointed, the pool is beautfiul. Loved every minute of being in this hotel

Something to try once .. but better options avail”
I heard and read all the hype about this property so I just ha to try it. Honestly was disappointed. At the price range I was expecting nothing less than perfection. I am bit bias as I have a background in hotels and foods operation; but the absolutely gorgeous hotel combined with cheap humidifiers on each floor along the corridor says something. I tried to block this fact out but just couldn't quite do it. The staff were professional 90% of the time. Singing and joking around during duty hours is not something you would see in this caliber of a hotel. The pool was disappointing. Very small and shallow and felt cramped. I will say the rooms were quite spacious and well appointed although a bit aged. There are much better options at lower price point.

Room is clean and the view from the room is great!”
We stayed at the corner room,it’s big enough for three adults,the scene from the room is also fantastic. But the sound proofing is not so good,we always heard the children’s noise outside the aisle. And the stuff at the pool isn’t clean up the used towels immediately. Some customer made really loud noise in the pool is not prohibit too. If you want to enjoy a quiet vacation,this hotel may not be suitable for you.

Hotel pool and service staff are attentive and friendly. Being in a group of 6 we wanted a hotel with amenities that cater for fitness health and well being amongst the hustle and bustle. Still in a great location to nearby malls and yet surrounded with local street food. Best of both worlds. We would come back and stay everytime

Amazing luxurious hotel in district one”
We wanted a bit of luxury at the end of our Vietnam trip. This hotel is stunning. The service is great, view from the amazing room was fantastic. Bed comfortable, and everything we could want in the room. This is top class luxury. Only downside that some people might feel is that it’s not very Vietnamese - all glitz and Italian marble. Food is expensive for Vietnam, more London prices, however there are plenty of places around about including a Starbucks across the road. We stayed 3 days, on the first two days we were on trips with breakfast provided, so we just paid for breakfast on the last day which was very nice. The pool is lovely and the staff brought us fruit and drinks to ‘refresh us’ which was a nice touch. We ate in the Chinese restaurant which I wouldn’t recommend as the noise from the function room below comes through and spoils the ambiance. We also ate in the long bar which was good western food (we were at the stage of needing a break from Pho). Location is perfect.

Love this hotel although I was disappointed it was under renovation while we were there. Beautiful, clean and luxurious rooms. Friendly staff. Mixture of western and Vietnamese foods available. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is new and beautiful, and the staff is extremely friendly. Breathtaking view of Saigon river from our room. The only drawback is the hair dryer provided in the room. It needs to push down consistently to make it work.

I never write a review before for any hotel before. I am gonna stay here for another 3 nights but only after 1 night and 2 days, my wife and me only can give you one word to describe the service and everything else of the hotel: “WonderLand”. Come and try for yourself. If you are choosing 5 stars hotel right now, you don’t need to reconsider other. Just book this one. We gonna come back again for Reverie Services every-time when I need to go to Ho Chi Minh.

Beautiful hotel. Bell staff exceptional. Room was lovely, good bed, great view. We were able to enjoy the pool, which was lovely. Sometimes there was a bit of an English barrier, but since we're in Vietnam, that is to be expected

We were t sure when we booked if we would like it, maybe it would be overly opulent and in bad taste ... but the opposite! Although it has to be said it’s highly opulent the quality and taste shines through, nothing is too much trouble for the highly attentive staff. New favourite!!
