no wifi for 2 days - tv reception terrible”
the staff seemed to care less about the wifi not working or my bad tv reception. - and even tho i paid for a double room i couldnt bring lady friend back to hotel room. you have to take shoes off before going in hotel and always leave key at front desk. my two day vacation in hcmc was much less fun than it could have been - thanks to this lousy hotel. i would not recommend it at all!

Good value”
Got a good value place to stay that wasn't a bunk bed but not much more expensive than one. Top floor rooms with a lot of stairs to climb. I didn't mind but some other people might. Staff/owners are very friendly and helpful and there was a quick laundry service.

Staff won’t let you keep your moto parked inside despite other hotels allowing it. Place echos intensely and it will wake you up in the morning. Staff has to let you in after 10pm which can be slow. New facility that is really close to many things. No discount for scooter rental despite staying at the residence. Paid parking is nearby if you still intend to stay at location.

its run by family, two night stay without house keeping and they insist you leave your room key whenever you are away (make your own security measure). air-cond cut off for no reason. bring your own hair dryer. yes indeed happening place, so dont get to bed early! TV not function, its okay for me, afterall i dont speak Veit. room superb clean, bath room as well, water pressure additional point!

I booked this hotel with my brother for 3 Night. The location is really good you can reach any monument in HCMC by walk. The staff was really polite and friendly. The ladies were always smiling and helpful. I was more than fine with the hotel!

I've been staying at this nice little family hotel for over 3 months.I never had any problems I'm walking distance to everything staff always helpful and kind to me.Great rates and safe place.

friendly staff. Great location. Double room with no view good for 1 person not for 2. It's good value for money and quiet, despite being just around the corner from the walking street. The wifi was great. There's a small fridge in the room, aircon and a fan. The built in wardrobe is small, as is the bathroom. There's a large flat TV on the wall. You can orint here for 5,000 VND a page. They will also organise a taxi to the airport for 160,000. It's a family run place

simple but good”
very nice clean place with hot water in district onein the heart of the backpacker district. bus staying very close, lots to eat and local busy vibe around. rooms are quiet, a.c. works fine, internet is good. is a family who owns and runs it. they are all very nice. we have stayed there a few times transitioning in and out of ho chi min. they even put us in the penthouse before when they didn't have another room available. my only complaint is the stairs. it can be rough the higher u are but I don't mind at all. would prefer a short walk over a stuffy slow lift.

Value for money if stayed longer”
6 floor hotel, no lift, no kettle for make hot water (drink). Every morning i need to go down (room at Level 6) to take hot water from owner of the hotel, only have a little soap suitable for 1 or 2 days stayed. Tiny room and toilet but comfortable. Hotel closed the door at 11pm everyday. Need to back to hotel before 11pm if not u get trouble to go in. Hotel provide motor for rental but very expensive. I used for half day they still charged me full VND150k..no disc Hotel took passport and kept it, it's difficult if u want rent others motor from other shop coz they need your passport if you want rent the motorcycle. So you have no choice have to rent from hotel only. A lil bit far from Ben Thanh Market, about 30 minutes walk but if u take tour package mostly bus/van will stop/pick up u around this hotel area. No need to walk far. Owner not good in English but she still tried to help us. For muslim, FYI this hotel have house dog (dog which stayed inside hotel) but the dog not disturbed u. Type of lazy dog, sleep and eat only no barking. Hotel area have many pub, bar, karaoke at night if go out a lil bit noisy but from room u not hear that sound so u can sleep without felt disturbing.

No elevator”
No elevator The hotel does not have an elevator. I booked a double room with view but the hotel arranged the room without view. Tiny room about 10m2, bathroom more than 1m2. Really terrible. I will never go back

Decent hote”
Friendly staff, to the point that the owner went out and bought a new modem for our floor due to the internet being a little patchy, worked perfectly afterwards. Great location, close enough to the main bar area but far enough away not to be kept awake if you weren't out all night and loads of places to eat on your doorstep. Clean room and you have a window!
