One stay not 3”

I have stayed in many hotels traveling 6 months a year through Asia. Vilion displays itself AS A 3 star. It definitely is not. It is off the same standard as any 1 or 2 stars. In the 3 days I stayed I had to requested my room to be made up on 2 days. The sheets were never changed. The tv reception was bad and on request to fix staff did nothing. The safety box was locked and staff could not open attempting each day and each day different excuse. The breakfast was barely adequate. General condition of the room was poor and requires maintenanve As a backpacker this hotel would be tolerable outside of this it is disappointing.

It’s ok for short stay”

Very helpful staff, good location. Rooms look much better on the picture though. I paid €11 per night, stayed there for 2 nights and that was ok for me. I had super noisy neighbors who sang karaoke til 2 am and couldn’t rest. If you prefer more comfort I would recommend you to look for another hotel. But if you just stay for 1 or 2 nights, it’s really ok there!

Cheap hotel at a good location”

The hotel is cheap and the location is good. Easy access to convenient stores and near to the Ben Thanh Market. It's NOT a 3 star hotel as stated. It's more like a 1 star hotel. Not for fussy people. The room I had was small, aircon and TV remote control in my room does not work, no ventilation, no shower curtain. For the price I paid, can't complain.

There was only 1 issue I had with this hotel and that was the water pressure in the shower was so low you could barely even use it. Other than that it was in a good location, a few blocks from Bui Vien street if you are looking for a party. There are lots of restaurants, tailors, salons, and massage shops nearby. There's a big market a few blocks away and a huge mall with a high end grocery store in the lower level with some fancy food. There is a massage shop on the first floor I went to several times. Price is good and staff was friendly. I would stay here again, even if taking a shower is almost impossible.

Xuan Nguyen remake”

I’ve stayed at this property before when it was the Xuan Nguyễn and it has recently been renovated by new owner. Very nice hotel with good location and great staff especially Thùy at reception who helped me immensely. The sad part is this hotel could be even better with a little effort into upgrading their breakfast. Lots of food but it’s all cold and the cook is so surly. I finally broke her down and made her laugh but that didn’t improve the breakfast. Please improve the breakfast by keeping the eggs warm, the ham and bacon also. They do have variety but it needs more care taken to keep the food hot.

Xuan Nguyễn remake”

I’ve stayed at this property many times over theirs when it was the Xuan Nguyen. Has since been renovated and upgraded. The staff is excellent especially Thùy at reception. She helped me so much and always with a smile. The weak link here is the breakfast. Cold eggs and tempermental kitchen staff doesn’t make a good breakfast. The food needs to be hot. Not just the rice porridge. Good selection of fruits and veggies. The location and price are excellent. I will return.

Good service”

When we check in that time, we saw few small centipede are inside the bathtub. We got small children with us, this made us scare during the bath time. Overall service are good and the location are awesome because it's walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast are taste good!

Very nice stay in middle of Saigon”

Clean Hotel, friendly and professional staff, affordable laundry. I would definitely stay again here during my next Saigon visit. The massage studio same street opposite side left is also worth to visit 😉

Excellent service!”

I'm very surprised that they actually provided "turn down service"! The staff sent a Good Night notes and some snacks to my room! I was like "wow" :) thanks for the surprise and excellent service anyway. Keep it up with your good work!

Wonderful Staff”

I am totally amazed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff working there. You will feel like they are your family members instead of stranger working to make your stay a comfortable one. I will definitely come back there!

Location ”

Great. Staff very helpful and showed me how to catch a bus from airport to district 1. A little noise coming from the aircon unit and the room was immediately changed for me ipon requested. Im so pleased with the service

Excellent service”

Pavilion Hotel provided a great service. Staff were accomodating and were more than willing to help the guests in their stay and tour needs. Areas of interest around HCMC are within reach. I would definitely come back and strongly recommend this hotel.

A greate value for money hotel”

I stayed in the hotel and arrived around 9am and the staff let me check-in within 10 minutes. They offered the welcome drink and they also served fruits at around 2pm and later in the evening they provided some snacks. I have never experienced this in any other 3 star hotels before. Hotel is newly furnished and the room rate is very reasonable. Rooms are spacious and staff is very courteous.

Cozy room Great Location Friendly staff”

Stayed alone in the deluxe room Pros: Friendly & attentive staff. Clean room. Good location near Ben Tanh market. Taxi always available. Value for money. Water bidet in the bathroom. Fridge/minibar. Has a bathtub too. Cons: Bathroom a little old but functional. Air cond unit swing flap was broken so need to put something to hold it in place (no biggie). Breakfast was ordinary. Overall: had a pleasant stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Bad service ever (paid earlier but room was fully booked)”

Never get VERY bad experience like this, that i was earlier booked and paid through credit card but after arrived at the hotel unfornately the room was fully booked and they sent us to others their partner hotel. But after come to the new hotel the room was really bad. Like never been people ever stay in those room. And a reception at the previous hotel said they will pay for the taxy money but its not. We have to pay it by ourself. Please.... do not show the room is available when the room is already fully booked. So we can looking another hotel for better stay. Will not come back. Thanks

Good location, very old building ”

Hotel already aging with old toilet and bedroom, it’s acceptable if you intend to stay 1-2 nights just for sleepover as cost is low. Found few ants on my bed and they bite me like hell, could not sleep good...

The hotel doesn’t worth 3 stars”

Pro: near Ben thanh market , food vendors and restaurants , located in the center District 1. But what you pay is what you get for the value of money Con: dirty bed sheets, broken bath tub, slow elevator.

Wrongly double booking unable to refund”

I booked to extend another day stay but keyed in wrong same dated of arrival. Next early morning counter lady informed cannot refund need to re-book again. I'm rather disappointed.

Room is clean, spacious for two. Breakfast is at next door hotel believe is sister hotel. Overall acceptable.
