Amazing stay experience”

My kids and I enjoyed this place very much. They enjoyed the playground and having picnic lunch at the backyard. A very memorable stay indeed

Pleasant stay”

Kids loved the DVDs for checkout and the games. Playground and trampoline was a little underwhelming. Laundry room was quite small and we had to wait to get our first load in. Reception staff are excellent.

Good view from motel”

I stayed two nights in this motel.Everything is good except their dryer in laundry room. It need NZD4 to dry the clothes for 40 mins but it didn't dry the clothes at all. End up we dry the clothes for few more times. Total we spent NZD22 to wash(NZD2 per time) and dry the clothes.The hot and cold water in the kitchen has separate faucets.One is extremely hot and one is extremely cold. Making me so hard to wash the dishes. Beside all these, the beds are comfortable and overall is a good stay.

Terrific Staff, Gorgeous views, great for families too”

The staff make this already terrific holiday park an even more satisfying and comfortable place to stay. Holiday parks in NZ are a great choice for all kinds of travellers, and this holiday park includes a "motel" with really terrific views and convenient amenities such as a kitchen or multiple bedrooms with a pleasing lawn out front. There are also playground and trampoline options and a spa for tired grownups. Some say it's a bit out of "town" but I don't know what they're talking about because it's an easy and very pleasant walk from the holiday park towards the more "busy" part of lakefront Wanaka. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Best Bath & Toilet Facility ”

This must be the motel with the best bath and toilet facility, very clean environment around and peaceful out of town motel. Would definitely come back one day. Wifi signal is great compare to all the motel I've stayed

Great Mountain and Lake Wanaka view”

The stay in Aspiring Holiday Park and Motel has been fantastic. We arrived late but our host already pre-heated the room to welcome us during the winter. The restaurant she recommended serve top quality food. When we woke up in the next morning, the mountain and Lake Wanaka's can view straight from our living room. It was breathtaking. The only short coming was our GPS led us to Studholme South Road and assume it will connect to Studholme North road. To reach the motel, best advice to go thru the city centre and look for Studholme North road

Fantastic view”

We choose 3 bedroom. However we did not notice that it comes with very basic kitchennet. Contacted the staff, and they were very helpful where they lend us the portable hot plate and cooking utensil. The view from the room was superb.

Nice and cheap”

We stayed in a one bedroom unit. Our unit is big and clean, with all the kitchen facilities, dining table, heaters (they provided extra heaters which keep inside the cupboard) Although the room is a little old but it is very clean and the view outside our room is magnificent! We enjoyed our breakfast on the benches outside our room. Free Wifi provided but it's a bit slow.

Large well equipped and comfortable unit”

We enjoyed our stay and the room was well set up and had everything we wanted. We ate our dinner on the picnic benches out the back and enjoyed the view of the mountains and walked from the Holiday Park down to the lake nearby after. All very good.

Wonderful stay”

Modern, clean, spacious room with a back door leading to a big yard at the back where you can go out and admire the stars at night. They also have bicycles which you can rent. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

great place to stay in Wanaka”

We had booked a Family studio for 2 adults and 2 children. Room was very quiet and clean. A fantastic place to stay with amazing view. Bed was very comfortable. Fan was provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Tea, Coffee, Milk etc. provided. Our best booking in South Island. Wish we were there more than one day...

Centrally located and good value for money.”

The location was only a couple of minutes from the town which was very handy. The room for two people was a little small but sufficient. Shared bathrooms but clean and heated and was close to our room. Overall good value for money as long as you are out the whole day.

Very big room but bad internet connection.”

We enjoyed our stay. The only poor is the free Wi-Fi hard to connect. We have 7 of us but only 2 of us managed to connect on the day itself and another 1 managed to connect in the next day morning. Other than that the holiday park is very good.

Great price, friendly staff”

Great weeks stay at the Park. We stayed in the studio motel room (double bed, single bed, ensuite). Clean, warm and cosy. Very friendly staff and super helpful for anything we asked about. Great little DVD collection to watch and cooking facilities were great for what was needed. Spa was nice as well - perfect temperature. Close to town. Would definitely stay here again if going for a budget holiday as the price was great value.

Location, reception staff, moveable heater”

We were disappointed with the motel. The good points was the service by the reception staff who were very enthusiastic. The location of the motel was good as it was a 5 minute drive from the town center. The bad points were the standard of the en-suite cabin as it was quite old inside with no tv. Also, it was very cold in the room even with the moveable heater. Also, the shower was quite old looking.

Hide away”

Very nice clean and tidy place. We are a family of 4 and holiday park was just perfect. Just a minute distance away from the hassle of the town. Short walk to the lake and the peaceful surroundings. Checkin was easy and free wifi that is actually fast. A great place to stay and would come back again next time.

Great location and good sized unit”

We stayed one night, Great location and unit was a good size, as was the bathroom. Pillow could do with an update as could the bed soon but overall we were very pleased. Would certainly stay again, nice and quiet.
