Overall the hotel is really great with all the facilities and I would like to consider the hotel as five star hotel if they have specialty restaurant. I give 8/10 for the overall satistaction. To achieve 10/10 they just need to pay attention to the small details which are: 1. The doors seems to have some problems (engineering and housekeeping to check the door lock system) with the automatic lock. It always makes noisy sound like the door is not fully locked. 2. Senses of urgency to greet and welcome the guest. My sister and I first arrived at the hotel with seperate cars. There was only one bellman standby and that only greeted and forget to help my sister to bring the luggage. My sister asked him, then he realized what needs to do. My car was behind them and while he was too busy handling my sister's lugagge, there is no one pay attention and helped me with mine. There were two front desk agent at that time, one of them i thought should help to welcome the guest instead of staying on the counter considering there was no other guest except me and my sister at that time. Maybe refreshment training about personalize service will help to improve the level of service, so that the hotel will be perfect. Overall it is really a nice hotel Thankyou

Great Experience”
Our stay was lovely. The accommodation was relatively new. The room was not spacious but enough. We love our stay because the whole place was clean. The downside was water in the pool was dirty even after being cleaned in the morning and buffet menu for breakfast was limited. But in general it was good experience and worth it. We might put el royale as one of option to stay in Banyuwangi.

I actually unintentionally booked this hotel. I was on the trip to Bali however it was already to late and i decided to stay in this hotel. The hotel has a very beautifull decoration, i note a couple of beautifull jejer gandrung dance statue. The hotel has lot of greeneries and feel so excotic. The room was fabolous,clean and conformtable. However there is no bathtub or maybe i made a mistake on my reservation.The staffs are very nice and you can borrow a bicycle to ride it around the hotel. The pool and the playground for kids was decent. However this location is quite far from ketapang port. Althought it is very recommended,i am not sure if i will go there again since everytime i was in banyuwangi i need to cath up the boat schedule to bali as soon as possible. Otherwise,this place is perfect.

Great hotel compound with resort style surrounding. Super friendly staff, and breakfast also variative with many selection of local food. Room was clean, spacious, warm, and have decent balcony. Location is bit far from city center but still worth the trip.

Recommend, staff is very polite and helpfull. Hva a good size swimming pool (I think chlidren will like it). THe room is very nice also, quite big ..... clean, comfortable. Very refreshing
