One night only”
Good location, friendly front desk but the bed is awful! The mattress is wrap in plastic making it very noisy when you turn and toss at night. Other than the bed, everything was ok.

It is the horrible motel we have ever stay at. Today at the motel it was myself and my wife and I have taken off from my room for a while and manager seen me he probably thought no one was in the room even though he have know it was occupied and my wife just came out the shower n the manager just burge in there thinking no one was inside my wife screamed.... It was very sacary and disrespectful, we felt they were inviting out pravacy and the people that work there are so mean and disrespectful it's really bad service there I don't recommend it to no one at all!!!!!!!

Management was not good and the room was terrible.”
My stay at this motel was a disaster. The front desk was often unmanned and while they were quick to give excuses, they were unapologetic. There were all kinds of extra fees and threats of extra fees that I have never before encountered in any hotel. The room was very outdated. The beds had only a sheet and a thin bedspread (no blankets). While the floor may get swept, it clearly had not been mopped in a very long time and was quite dirty. The bathroom was horrible. The bathtub wouldn't drain properly, the faucet was leaky, and the tiles were in need of serious repair. Even the toilet looked as though it was going to overflow when you flushed it. The bathroom mirror was so low that it cut off my entire head and I could only see from my busy down when I looked into it. Old tube-style TV, no flatscreen. They had wifi, but they never bothered to give us the password to get in it and they were so difficult to deal with that I didn't bother trying to get a hold of someone to ask for it. I suspect they might have charged me for it anyway. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Worst service and hotel rooms ”
Horrible, washroom door don't have locks. Shower does it work. Washroom leaks from the ceiling, towels provided were so pathetic. AC was making sound like a truck. Horrible hotel mgr doesn't even respect customers treats ppl like we are his slaves. Wish I could give -1 rating

Ehh”
Cheap, pool, wake up calls
It was okay. We weren't welcomed at the get go and when we got the room for 2 nights, the owner called the next day and asked if we were checking out. Then on check out day, he knocked on the door an hour or two before check out and then called us when we didn't answer in time to make sure we were checking out. If you like getting interrupted and you like rude service, then come on down to El Mirador.
