- The actual view i got ia not like the view in the photos here in booking. - two air-conditioning are not working. - the host asked me to decline the booking to get whole money and not to pay the fees for you(booking). - there is no iron.

Beds are ok and apartment overall is clean. Internet is great and tv is good.

Bedroom needs renovation. Missing window shutters and accordingly sound is noisy and the kitchen needs cleaning. Also light bulbs need changing and terrace door needs fixing. View from the apartment is not like photos as it's not direct facing the sea .

The place is big and nice view that's also really yummy restaurants that were very yummy.

Just a little more professionalism when we need help with simple things in the house that were not available to us. Like a laundry downstairs when their isn't. The blankets should be wash and the pillow cases they were dirty and smelled bad.

L'emplacement était bien, proche de tout mais un peu bruyant. Les gardiens étaient très aimables. La communication, la bonne volonté et la réactivité de nos correspondants de City Square sur place. Le jour de notre arrivée tardive (22h) : 2 poubelles. Le lendemain : Couvertures et draps propres, nouveaux oreillers (pas toujours confortables), remplacement de la colonne de douche par une neuve, nettoyage de l'appartement (sommaire). Wifi mis à disposition gratuitement. Nous avons été prévenus qu'il ne fallait pas laisser des objets de valeur dans l'appartement car des personnes allaient y intervenir suite à notre autorisation.

L'appartement n'était pas celui réservé. Il était très sale surtout la salle de bain avec son lavabo, sa glace et sa colonne de douche qui était pleine de calcaire et aucun crochet. Pas de salle à manger ni aucune chaise. Les oreillers étaient trop durs. L'air conditionné, qui était éteint, faisait du bruit la nuit. Le tissu du canapé était taché avec de petits trous. L'intérieur des armoires était plein de poussières donc non utilisables. Les vitres de l'appartement n'avaient pas été nettoyés depuis longtemps. Aucune poubelle. Il n'y avait rien dans l'appartement au niveau confort : serviettes, gel de douche, shampoing (nous étions prévenus), savon, papiers toilettes, sacs poubelles, éponge, liquide vaisselle (achetés car les magasins ouvrent tard). Ma belle mère n'a plus retrouvé certains de ses vêtements.

الview بيشوف حتة صغيرة من البحر في شارع جانبي والاتفاق انها كانت بتشوف البحر زي الصور واكتشفت انها شارع جانبي بعد اما وصلت .. واما اعترضت طلب مني فلوس زيادة علشان اروح شقة تانية اشوف البحر كله وانا مردتش ادفع فلوس وكنت هنزل منها وقبلت علشان محطوط قدام الامر الواقع وعلشان يراضيني عمل الواي فاي والباركنج هدية من عنده

حسن الاستقبال سهولة إجراءات الاستلام والتسليم باركينج للسياره قاموا بمنحي انترنت مجاني شكرا جزيلا

First they tried to give me a different apartment with different view. They give me the booked one after negotiations. The appartment is filthy, the furniture is broken and the big surprise : there are cockroaches everywhere. I could not sleep there and left it at 1:00 AM He gave me half of the money after negotiations. رفضوا تسليمي نفس الشقة في البداية. و وافقوا بعد التفاوض. تركت الحقائب و عدت في الليل لأجد الشقة بها صراصير في كل مكان اتصلت بمالك الشقة في الواحدة ليلا و أخبرته أنني سأتركها في الحال. أخذت منه نصف مبلغ الحجز بعد التفاوض.

Балконы, но на них не посидишь т.к. холодно, шумно, пыльно и грязно. Много комнат, 2 балкона. Хороший супермаркет внизу во внутреннем дворе в соседнем здании. Куча кафешек во дворе. горячая вода в нагревателе есть, но быстро кончается.

Заселили в номер, которого нет на фото. Большой, но старый, грязный, пыльный. Ремонт старый. Мебель грязная, всё в пыли, окна были все открыты, рядом дорога и эстакада, круглосуточно пыль и шум гудков автомобильных. Постельное белье, грубое. шершавое в катышках. подушки и матрасы жёсткие и грязные. Розетки висят. Двери отваливаются. Кухня в налете жира. Посуда грязная, моющих средств нет. В микроволновке нет блюда, на которое ставят еду. Питьевой воды нет. Зимой холодно и кондиционеры не справляются. Полотенец нет. Туалетной бумаги нет. На вопрос "Где бумага, вода, полотенца?", ответили сходите купите в супермаркете. Завтрака нет. Лифт иногда не работал. При одинаковой цене на все апартаменты, на этот цена завышена в три раза. Выгодно жить только большой непритязательной семьёй, потому что там 3 комнаты и гостиная. В вентиляцию лучше не заглядывать, там живут ночные кошмары)
