Fab views, lovely staff, rooms very clean
Really enjoyed our stay here. It was a lovely little complex with unbelievable views. The staff could not have been nicer. It’s a bit out of el nido town but we enjoyed feeling a bit out of the madness.

Faulty water heater, inflexible policies for refund, and overall miserable time.
1. A terrible circumstance happened and I needed to change my travel dates. This was not possible due to Reef Strand's inflexible policies. No refunds, so I had to center my travel plans solely because of this place. It is SO inconvenient. 2. My water heater was broken, no hot water at all. Cold, cold, water when it was pouring rain outside. It felt miserable. They had a repairman check it out. He couldn't do anything or help me. He left and they never did anything more. So I was stuck with cold water for my THREE NIGHT STAY. This place is absolutely the worst establishment I have ever stayed at.

Nice resort and staff , But Security concerns
Just in front of Beach , provided best view for sunset and sunrise from ur room. Small but Nice swimming pool. But little bit far from El Nido town , it is not walking distance ( maybe 20 mins ) . The road is so narrow , only small tricylce or motorbike could access to there. So you must organize pick-up time with drivers who resort hired . Almost tricyle in el-nido town can't go . so it culd be really inconvenience when you hang out overnight in el nido town. Thanks for the staff. For my 1 yrs old baby , i had requested babysitter before I checked in. They didn't hesitate to look for me with cheap price . Lastly , another family accompanied with us had security concerns. They had recognized somebody broken into their room and gone thru luggage.

A best place to enjoy el nido
If you wanted a quiet place to relax and enjoy the view of el nido. it’s a must to stay at el nido reef strand, very serene place. enjoy the view while your in there swimming pool, you can even walk going to the sea and enjoy the beautiful starfish and different kind of shells around it, even we only stay for a night, we make sure to enjoy the place, we didn’t even bothered to go outside the resort while we are staying there, little bit far from the city gives you peace of mind and enjoy the moments with your love ones, wonderful staff too, hskp.. f&b and the politeness of the Driver who really I admire the most, to move heaven and earth finding the bird nest soup the we are looking for, and who I will definitely remember every time I will tell my friends in regards of El nido, definitely will recommend to all of our friends and will surely come back to stay in the resort

We love the place and it is perfect for our honeymoon!😊❤️
The place is beautiful and the staff are frieny and accommodating. My husband and I love that the resort is located a little farther than the rest of the other resorts because the surroundings is peaceful and quiet 😊

Worst resort in el nido
Worst resort and pathetic resort , everyone here dies for money. It's owned by dominating lady and her brother , who has a gang running this resort . I stayed here for 2 nights just because fee is non refundable . They take 1000 pesos as key deposit which is not mentioned anywhere . No wifi in room . No proper breakfast , it's just bread and jam. No free drinking water . In a slum area . Mirror rusted and water faucet does not work well . Slippery floor . They provide drinking water , that too only one glass , if we ask they say to buy a bottle of water . Half liter costs 40 pesos . Reason given by owner is customers complained about sickness with service water , so they stopped providing water , instead sell bottled water . But for breakfast they give only service water . No generator , only led light . Banana is the only fruit for breakfast . No room attendees . Too much priced , with the same pricing or even lesser , you get a good resort with buffet breakfast . If you need any help , write to me . They arrange the tour and charge more for us compared to outside .

The worst!
This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In both Puerto Princesa and Coron I had much, much nicer lodgings for a cheaper price. Lets start off with the room: It was large and empty except for a bed, tiny table, and a closet with busted hinges. I think the room may have been still under construction? There were, for some reason, 18(!) wall sockets, but only 6 of them worked. There were also 12 light switches, of which 4 of them worked. Ceiling fan was non-functional. Wifi in the room was not working as advertised and only functioned when the front door was open. The shower was broken, and seems to be affected by the tide? The water pressure would go in and out with the tide, causing the little spray nozzle to flail wildly. It wouldn't turn off, so it just sprayed all over the bathroom all night long. Also, I think all of the staff is family, and they have obviously stopped caring. Waited 45 minutes at the breakfast bar to get my breakfast order taken, which then took 30 minutes to cook and they got the order wrong.. and the juice I ordered was expired 4 months prior. When I pointed this out to the staff, she put the bottle back and served it to some russian guys at another table. They let their dogs run around and slobber on the customers. I am a dog person, so I don't mind that much, but the most friendly one looked like it hadn't had a bath in years. We called it Dirtball. It was originally white fur, but it was so dirty I wanted to throw it in the swimming pool just so it could get clean! Lastly, the location: Its at the very end of a very long, winding dirt road through the woods, accessible only by special tricycle; this means waiting on them for getting to-and-from the hotel. Very inconvenient. All of these things I could have overlooked if the price was appropriate.. however, the price is the same as 4+ star hotels I have stayed at in Puerto Princesa, Coron, Cebu, Manila, Boracay, etc. Rediculous!
