The apartment is clean and the place is quiet.
The staff is not professional,the armed forces beach needs much care ,activities are limited and there were no animation team to engage with audience just a daily show ,bicycles are really bad and most of them are broken and you have to pay for the chairs on beach.

The beach is very good
Two TVs in rooms where broken and the staff hardly fix one of them by the end of first day and the other one still broken till the end of stay. Shower is not good or clean enough. No Air condition in the living room.

The location of the beach and clean waters
There were more than one DJ running very loudly in the evenings... The music could be heard from the apartments non stop until dawn. The sounds interfere with each other making it impossible to rest or sleep. No clear instructions on beach types or different tickets

Needs alit of maintenance and the AC in a room was not working I was in the fourth floor without elevator There was a water leaking from the roof which made the stairs was always wet

Summer without beach”

Nothing except the ice cream they were selling there.
They asked for extra fees to access the beach (saying that booking didn't note that we have the right to access the beach), selling tickets for the beach whether for guests in the hotel or from outside so we couldn't enjoy the beach because it was extremely crowded, and the air conditioner & water heater were not working. Couldn't be able to sleep till 1:30-2:00 Am because they were playing disturbing and high volume music daily!!.
