We have a nice experience of stay, but bad experience with the staff”
The place is nice, clean and quiet. But when we use the bathroom facilities, the cold tab is broken. We use our friends' bathroom since they are staying here as well. I told the staff the other morning. All I've been told is you could have called us for support. Not a single apology for your broken facilities. This ruined my nice experience with this place.

Great Hotel, Extremely Friendly and Helpful Staff”
My boyfriend and I and 2 of our friends stayed 2 nights at El Puerto. It was a bit difficult to figure out where it is at first, since it is not in walking distance from Kenting Main Road. My friends and I found a taxi to take us to the hotel. We rented scooters the next day, it made travelling around a lot easier(FYR: we paid NT1000 for 2 scooters for 1 full day). Just go to the front desk and they will call the scooter company for you. If you don't speak Mandarin ask the staff at the hotel to help, they speak a good amount of English. The hotel has a car that can shuttle you and your group as well but only when they are not busy, just ask the receptionist. The staff there are very friendly and very helpful. The room was very big, the four of us stayed in one room and we had plenty of space. The room as well as the bathroom were clean. We had a great stay here.

Room was spacious, clean and overlooked the sea. However, breakfast menu was limited and only served western food. Hotel is located 10mins drive away from kenting main street and getting a taxi may get a little tricky. It was one of our best stays in Taiwan nevertheless!

Had a very good and relaxing stay”
I had a very good and relax stay at this hotel. Only 10 min drive from Kenting main street so not to bad. Only bad that the beach close to this hotel is close.But hotel staff and manager do a great work and we got big room to a good price. All in all a great and chill stay.

Spacious room with sea view away from the busy street”
We were satisfied with our stay in the Deluxe Quad Sea View room with 2 king size bed. The room is HUGE with a HUGE bath room and Bathtub. both my kids love it! Room is generally clean, no complains. Free parking space right in front of the hotel. If you don't drive, it is quite a distance to Kenting main street. The air-con is quite noisy if you turn the fan speed to max. We switched it to low fan speed, the sound is negligible.

hotel is quite far away from kenting street, it needed to drive ourselves because taxi was expensive and few. The staff was so nice to help us to rent motor car because we arrived there in late evening. they provided delicious breakfast however, their restaurant just provide some snacks and drinks.

We keep coming back”
We have stayed here 5 times now over the years. We like the location, it. Is quite far away from the madness of Kenting Street, opposite a protected beach. It is quite, beautiful with pretty sunsets. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. But it is quite quirky in its design. For example, they went for an industrial design look with exposed pipes in the ceiling. These are actually quite noisy whenever someone above you uses the bathroom. We always choose the mountain view room on the ground floor. It has 'n little outdoor space with a huge bathtub, which is nice. The staff don't speak English, but they are willing to try to communicate using Google translate.

Nice but a feel of out of season”
The standard is nice and The design and style is Well Implemented and professional. The hotel is located opposite the famous and protected museum-beach of Shadao. That beach looks fantastic both on the pictures of the hotel website and in reality. But the only thing is it is closed to the public because it is protected area. Nice idea but it is just important to know if you think that is the beach you expect to use. The public beach is nice but hard to use because of the 30 meters of corals along the shore. The hotel service is nice and they offer to drive you free of charge to both Kenting street and other places nearby. We visited the hotel in December witch is winter. I guess that was why the dinner was closed and it all seemed a bit out of season. I hope they maybe find some good ideas to compensate for that fact.

Superb room, but the breakfast was poor”
The room was fantastic, very spacious and interesting modern design. This room also had a hot tub outside. The location is very nice. Its on the main road but just by the beach. The hotel is in a quiet location despite being by a main road. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not suitable for europeans. I like all Asian food but do like a continental style breakfast and the breakfast here was too "local". Beware the check in time is 3 pm and you will not be allowed in a minute before!!!

Quiet environment, clean spacious room and comfortable beds , high speed Wifi, close to water activity area. Breakfast buffet provide good quality, delicious food. There's free pick up between the night market and hotel. Staffs are really helpful and friendly.

Stylish Hotel”
The hotel is located besides the main street and easy to find. In addition, it faces to the beautiful sea view. The furniture design for each room is very stylish. The breakfast is very good as well. However, there were many dogs besides the hotel. For those who afraid of dogs may have some problems.

Fabulous room -- too far from anything”
It was fine for a last minute grab split between several people, but it was so far that by the time we totaled up cab costs and time wasted, I'd rather spend more and be on Kenting Street. For sure. It's a 300NT ride everytime you want to go anywhere but the beach outside. The beach outside is pretty, but it's very sharp coral and the sandy part is off-limits as a park reserve. Overall, I'd say skip it, unless you have your own transportation.

Huge rooms and that’s about it”
Weird location that is far away from the main Kenting street but not necessary with a great view either. The only sea view rooms are family and quads rooms so you get a view similar to a construction site if you get the double room. Great value for money though, it’s hard to find such spacious room with this price. It’s good choice if you spend most of your time outdoors and just come back to sleep.

Location is far away from the Kenting main street, you need to drive your own car instead, can park in front of hotel. Quiet and spacious room but lack of maintenance, rusting can be easily found in the hotel public area and inside the room. need improve on cleaning quality, towel not clean enough, dirt and dust in the room. The worst part, air con is not working well, even I switch to max fan and low temp, I was still sweating at night when sleeping. Already informed staff to fix but seems still not working at all. Staff seems like a bit cool comparing with typical passionate Taiwanese
