Staff attitude, superp👍. 12/7 was our 6th stays. Reason I switched to Element mainly due to staff and cleanliness. We were upset on our 5th followed by our recent stay. Our unhappiness mainly the bathroom condition. Its a pity that they dont look into it seriously. It moldy along the side of the cement. Looks like housekeeping did not bother to give a good scrub. It's really uncomfortable whenever we used the bathroom. Sadly we may have to check on other hotel. I might give another try on my coming stay in August. Hope the hotel look into it seriously.
Booked a 2-bedrooms suite which are: - very spacious, enough for 4-5 adults and 2 kids; - extra children beds are FOC, also its design is very cute; - well equipped with kitchen wear, soundproof wall/ doors; - nice city view; - various choices for breakfast. However, the mattress is relatively too soft. Especially for most senior citizens might find difficulties to sleep well.
Good clean new hotel”
Good hotel, very modern design, small indoor pool, free flow of coffee/tea 24 hours...the hotel started at level 39 of the ILHAM Tower so expect a lot of lift riding going in/out of this hotel. Got ample parking just next door to the hotel and you pay RM15 for parking for whole stay duration. Good bfast.
You'll have to wait for the lift though”
I've stayed before at an Element, last time in Ubud, Bali. It would be difficult to find two hotels more different. This is an urban business haunt, 40 floors up in a 50-odd storey tower block in the shadow of KLCC. Thanks to the hotel's generosity, I got a free upgrade to a suite, which honestly was too large and was under-furnished. But both hotels were new, facilities were good, food ok (although Friday dinner the restaurant was packed out, so something must be drawing them). I'd stay here again, but do expect a long wait for the lift, it's 40 floors down from reception to the ground floor.
Overall, It was a great stay in this hotel. Everything was nice about this hotel and was fully equipped with all the facilities. The breakfast buffet was great. The room facilities was good with all the basic toileteries provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In a nutshell, it totally worth every bit of the money paid.
No complaints. Our room on the 50th floor offers magnificient view of the surrounding Klang valley area. The super single beds were huge. Check in was great and no hassles. The indoor pool at level 39 was simply amazing. The floor tiles design of the pool was the most beautiful I have ever seen. The late closing time of he pool at 11pm allows us to swim while enjoying the beautiful night skyline including the twin towers of KLCC.
Hidden gem. Located walking distance to LRT STN”
Love staying here. Nice walk to my where I need to go and we’ll connected as LRT stn is a stone throw away.
All units from level 40 onwards and it is located beside Ampang Park LRT”
High floor unblocked city plus mountain view. If u choose skyline suite, u will enjoy sunset plus twin tower view. Mine is sunrise and mountain plus city view. I took a Suite and it comes with living room and kitchen! Space was huge and there filtered water available and a big fridge where u can buy your own drinks & fruits! Although its not near eateries, just grab or take mrt and you can reach petaling street or Bukit bintang with lots of shopping and food choices. Given another choice I would still choose Element over Bt Bintang 5 star hotels or hotels with infinity pool facing twin towers. Cos it is not rowdy at all. There is a convenient store News which is just downstairs!Love my stay here and will definitely choose Element by Westin again. Will try skyline suite next time.
+ comfy soft beds + super clean + excellent breakfast + great view. Rooms available from 35th till 51st floor + staff was extremely friendly and helpful + well equipped gym + can drink the filtered tap water -> Perfect location for my visa run at Thai embassy - during checkin they demand your mailadress. Receiving almost daily newsletters from the Marriotgroup. The unsubscribe option does not work
I left my necklace (whitegold) in the hotel. I received the best assistance they could give to me on that day. They were all honest, polite and committed to work. Received my necklace via grab, at the airport. The place is elegant, clean and modern. We love the pool, the view and everything about the hotel. ♥️
It’s our 2nd time staying there, this time around we took the deluxe room and as usual it was spacious and comfortable through out our stay. Will come again soon! Good location as it’s near to ampang park mrt, KLCC and tapak urban street food.
Ok but a bit too strict on the rules”
Room was ok, clean and has the basic stuffs. Breakfast spread was fair, could get better at other hotel at similar price range. One thing I dislike was the card only has access to my floor, so everytime I wanted to go to my friend’s room at different floor and vice versa, we need both to go to the lobby to fetch each other to meet at the room. Especially if you’re big family and have rooms at different floors, this is really a hassle.
bad receptionist & reservation person incharge Jerry not answer during weekend & simply put No Show ”
the Reservation person incharge Jerry very bad & not attentive to the customer enquiry, the receptionist put the customer onhold without comfirming either i can change date or not via phone call or email. very poor receptionist & reservation team. this is not the first time i got this issue with them. Very good place but poor front liner team. no wonder this hotel not so much people stayin there & as they may treated the business people badly & im a frequent traveller that have loyalty member of Marriots.
Great rooms and location with green features ”
Came with the family and got the three bedroom suite. A good choice if you want to extend your environment friendly cause to your vacations. The hotel provides you with a filtered water tap instead of bottled water, so bring your water bottles! The wastepaper baskets come with a recycling compartment. The rooms are spacious and well kept and the kitchen is well equipped. Toiletries are excellent and they provided us with baby cots as well as extra towels. The swimming pool is covered, so you can swim regardless of weather. The roof of the pool is mirrored, so you can see what you look like swimming if that’s ever your thing. Bikes are available for rent. Comes with a helmet, but no lock. Also only available from 8am-6pm. They charge for parking, a one time fee regardless of period of stay. They have yet to fine tune their parking ticket replacement system to account for ticket failure so you can be quite inconvenienced if you somehow demagnetised your card.
We had the 2 bedroom skyline suite. The view was fantastic. The suite was awesome. It was so nice that we rarely left he suite. The kids didnt want to go anywhere. We had to force our youngest kid to go to the swimming pool. It was usually the other way around.
Not worth the money”
Pro - high level. Accommodation start at level 41 - location. Near to klcc. 10 min walk from hotel - nice building with unique design Con - limited choice of foods during breakfast, not worth RM70 - not suitable for family with young kids. No pool for children
Everything was EXCELLENT except for the aircond which is quite temperamental - too cold while my friends and I were up late talking and warm throughout the night when we're trying to get a good night's sleep.
Near to MRT”
Located just in the City Centre and within walking distance to MRT and many shopping malls.

not too bad for the location and within 15 mins walk to KL tower
