We had a pleasant stay here for two nights. The pool is lovely and clean with beautiful views, the garden is really nice and well kept with two lounge chairs for the guests to use. Guests can also use the billiard table that overlooks the ocean next to the pool. The bedroom itself had a nice bathroom, good bed and tables and chairs. It is downstairs in its own area under the house which allows for privacy. We were able to use the upstairs shower for hot water aswell. The location is pretty good, it took us just over 5 minutes to get to the town of Siquior on our motorbikes, although there is not much in the actual Siquior town and for good food and beaches one needs to go over to San Juan (15-20 min drive). However, it is situated between the Siquior port and the port in Larena which is very convenient. It is a great little getaway spot, nice and quiet (apart from the occasional blasting of German radio) and away from the crowds. It's worth noting that there are two big German shepards, they are very cute, but big. However, the only issue with our stay was that the hosts needed to be more upfront about costs. Although on Agoda it states that the breakfast is 250P, it states nothing else. Upon arrival towards sunset, we were planning on going out for dinner until Hans said "has my wife cooked you dinner yet," and made us feel obliged to take up this kind offer. We were overly gracious in saying "are you sure" and "thank you so much" and it was obvious we thought it was included, and Hans and his wife did nothing to persuade us otherwise. The next day, we received a bill of 600P for the dinner and as budget backpackers, we rarely spent 300P each on dinner ($9 Australian for us). Had the cost been told to upfront, we may or may not have accepted as it was a long way to dinner. Il s'agit plus d'une chambre d'hôte que d'un hôtel. C'est un couple philippino-allemand à qui appartient la propriété et ils sont tous simplement adorables! Ils sont accueillants, chaleureux et très serviables. Ils feront tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Ils proposent même de vous préparer petit dèj/dejeuner/diner (moyennant supplément bien évidemment) et c'est vraiment très bon! La chambre quant à elle est un peu à l'écart de la maison ce qui permet une certaine intimité, elle est extrêmement propre et bien entretenue. On peut accéder à la piscine avec vue panoramique ce qui est un vrai bonheur. Le prix est en plus très raisonnable ce qui rend cette chambre très attractive. A savoir cependant, Siquijor étant une petite île peu touristique il vaut mieux louer un scooter car on ne trouve pas facilement de quoi se déplacer.
