Amazing, once in a lifetime”
This was an incredible experience, where else in the world can you get close to rescue elephants? The elephants are incredibly well taken care of and have a close bond with their trainer. The staff cannot do enough for you. This place is incredibly well priced and I would definitely come again!

Very good”
Great stay we had a wonderful time. I think if there was more to do there it would be better otherwise a one night stay is enough. Gorgeous elephants that are looked after well but also worked hard and chained up quite a lot. The Spa was a let down, very impersonalised and i felt the therapist was just doing a massage not with love so not great energy. Im not sure how they got a conde naste rating for this. Great concept, my son loved it..

Magical moments ”
This was a truly unique experience and actual tears of joy ran down my cheek when I saw the first Elephants. You can see that they are happy and the staff is doing an excellent job to provide for them and for you. You should definitely plan in a visit at the Spa as well, the balinese massage made me feel like new. As you will take a shower after the massage, you will have the Elephants just in front of you. How unique is that?! Showering and watching Elephants!

Great for 1 or 2 nights”
Our family group had a really good stay. It is quite expensive but staff are all excellent as was the overall elephant experience. Give it a try!

Nice Enough but Overpriced”
The hotel is perfectly nice, clean and all the staff are very friendly. The elephant ride to dinner is a nice touch and as a hotel guest you are able to feed the elephants. I was originally nervous about how the elephants would be treated but I have to say they seemed perfectly happy and there genuinely seemed to be a strong bond between them and the trainers - the trainers looked like they really cared for the elephants well. The only real downside is that there is quite a grabby “upsell” culture at the hotel, almost all elephant activities are paid extras and in most cases seem very expensive. It also seemed like staff were constantly trying to sell us activities and experiences and the breakfast & dinner is by far the most expensive I have seen in Bali (and very average quality taste wise) Ultimately we enjoyed our stay however a better option might be the day ticket as once you have fed the elephants there’s not an awful lot left to do (unless you have very deep pockets)!
