Eleven Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I have during my trip in Thailand. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Nana Station, and airport train. The room is big, clean, and full of amenities. The bathroom have a big shower and water is warm and the pressure is perfect. Swimming pool on the roof is perfect after a long day walking through the city. Drinks and food at the bar are delicious. But what makes the difference in this hotel is the Staff. Starting from the concierge to the director of the check in desk they are all so helpful,and ready to solve any problem or question you have. A special thanks to Lisa and Rafa from the desk that they were so kind and courteous. I will for sure come back in this hotel in my next time in Bkk

Excellent new hotel”
Eleven is a new, modern and fabulous hotel. The staff is the best by far that I have encountered in the many hotels I have stayed at in Thailand over the past few years. Rafa, Ana and Eve at the front desk were all so friendly and professional. The hotel is elegant, from the lobby to the rooms to the rooftop pool, gym and restaurant. The beds and pillows are of the highest quality, incredibly comfortable for a great night's sleep. The location is also great, with many restaurants around and a short walk to the Skytrain. The metro is also just a 10 minute walk away, as is Terminal 21 shopping mall. I will stay there again on my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Soo 11 is a busy 2 way street and hotel is a 5 minute walk to Sukhumvit. Hotel entrance is along side of busy and excellent German restaurant. The nightlife further down Soi 11 is abundant. Ask for a room on an upper level and you will not hear any noise. The finish out inside the hotel itself and the rooms is first class! It is well worth the money. The exterior does not reach a four star rating, however five stars could apply to the rooms as they have every amenity and are spotlessly clean !

I stayed for the 1 day quarantine requirement and everything was great. Very friendly staff. Convenient and clean room. Fast Internet. Food delivered to my door step. Oh. I didn't go to a hospital on the way to Hotel for the test. The driver just dropped me to the hotel. The staffs were already informed by the driver, waiting for me, and quickly processed me to take the test in the hotel. This level of efficiency and quality service was very very new to someone from the U.S.

Beautiful new hotel on ever popular Soi 11”
When I'm in Bangkok, I always stay on Sukhumvit Soi 11, it's the most convenient to many things I like, most are walkable. This was my first stay with the Eleven Hotel as I was a loyal customer of the Salil Hotel around the corner. My last visit there found it way below standards so I tried the Eleven Hotel and found it perfect. They have a massive king size bed, reliable housekeeping, an excellent restaurant on the top floor and an awesome pool. It's an easy walk to almost anywhere I like to go making it a perfect location within the city.

I did a 1 night quarantine there, the staff was awesome, great location and cleanliness. It did take a while to get to the hotel from the airport, staff at the airport was a bit unorganize.. But other than that, it was an awesome experience.

ASQ Single room 3rd floor”
Very friendly and supportive hotel staff. Exchanged € in ฿ at a fair rate (no possibility to withdraw money at ATM after arrival at airport), delivered what I asked for from 7-11 within short time. Communication with staff and medical service via LINE groups was very efficient. Food was delicious in 95% of the cases. Hotel room had 25sqm but didn't seem too small, as the bathroom had a glass wall and my view out the window was not blocked. My neighbour had some structure blocking his view out the window which annoyed him a lot. I would not want to be accommodated in a room with restrained view out of the window for 2 weeks - but I was lucky. From day 7 on I was escorted to the rooftop terrace for 45 minutes every day, which was a daily highlight. ASQ is a challenge but this hotel succeeded in making me feel comfortable and not emprisoned. ขอบคุณมากครับ🙏

Excellent location with variety of local foods nearby, and just few minutes walk to 7-11 store and Nana BTS station. So much convenient. Room is very clean and great reception upon arrival. A lot of pubs and restaurants along this crowded 11 street. Highly recommend.

Comfortable ASQ stay”
I stayed in this hotel as part of the mandatory ASQ. I have no other basis for comparison, but the staff in this hotel did their best to make my quarantine as comfortable as possible. Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Communication with staff was also easy and timely. There was a small variety of food that you get to pick for your 3 meals the day before, which is done via a Google form and communicated via Line chat app. Food was decent enough, though not piping hot. On Valentine's Day they gave an extra heart-shaped brownie, and on the last evening of the ASQ they also provided a special farewell dinner menu. On the day of my departure, the staff gifted me with hotel towels as well. All in all, good hospitality.

Great New Property”
Only open for a couple of months so it was my first stay. There are certainly cheaper options but I can't fault anything about it. I only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and the staff were great and it's in a great location. The facilities are new and very good and though I didn't use the pool, I was kindly offered to take a shower in the pool-side change rooms, after checking out earlier that day. That was eagerly accepted as I had a midnight flight out of BKK. The pool looked just fine and though I didn't see, it looked as if it would get plenty of sun in the first half of the day.. Look forward to staying there again soon.

Was my thaipass entry hotel. They picked me up at airport in a van with glass to separate me from the driver. Checkin was quick and I went straight up to take covid19 test. At 8:30 am. Had 2 meals during the day and got covid19 results at 20:00 that night. Hotel was seriously better than I thought and will go back again. Staff was professional and helpful.

Nice food, clean, comfy rooms, quiet AC, working wifi, movie channels that run even when it's raining, and the staff even brought me a pair of dumbbells for exercise. Only thing missing was pretty much a balcony.

Beautiful hotel in great location”
My stay here was quite nice. They upgraded me to the deluxe room at no charge and the bed was enormous, very relaxing stay. The pool and rooftop bar was quite nice and I ate lunch and dinner there. I had an unfortunate experience with my meal for dinner. I ordered the vegetarian "burger" and asked if there was egg in the burger. The waitress assured me there was no egg in the burger and explained it was made of potato. When the "burger" arrived, it was a weird combination of a hashbrown baked in egg, almost like a hashbrown omelette. I was surprised that the staff could make such an obvious mistake since literally the entire "burger" was made out of mostly egg. I discussed with the waitress and she honestly quite rude and acted like I was causing a big inconvenience, although she did apologize and hurriedly asked me if I wanted something else. While I appreciate that they have a vegetarian option on the menu, the staff is apparently not fully aware of what ingredients go into the food

Worth the Money”
Located in the Nana area. Every staff is friendly. Breakfast is acceptable, they serve different main dish everyday. Usual is sausages, congee, and eggs. The room is really clean and airconditioning is really excellent. Considering room ac is one of my requirements. The pool is small and full of chlorine, my sister and I decided to take a dip on our last night, it is still okay. its a busy place but you could still relax. we will definitely go back here. we booked the connecting room, which is really good for familes, both rooms have seperate bathroom, aircon and tvs.

Eleven Hotel has clean new rooms at a good price”
The rooms seem very new or refubished. The alley leading to the hotel is tricky for cars to navigate because it's a dead end only wide enough for 1 car. The hallway carpet was a little dirty. The breakfast on the 9th floor is not very good and not worth 400 baht. You can hear music from the bars on Soi 11 at night, but not loud. The room window seemed to have a permanent fogging on it, blocking the view. I know that's a lot, but everything else was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel. The view from the pool/fitness center/restaurant/bar on the roof is good.
