A clean hotel with daily service. It is a long way from Naga city and transport is a little scarce. Apart from breakfast there is no restaurant for other meals. It is very convenient for the airport. It is a good hotel and is very quiet.

Value was very good. Staff were nice but so bad at communicating that there was going to be construction above our room starting at 6:30 a.m. Or at 6:30 today they were shutting off the water in the entire building for construction. Instead they just lied to me and told me maybe water company shut off the water or the water was dirty. I hate liars!

The night shift receptionist was kinda rude. She keeps on rolling her eyes everytime we ask for hot water for our ramen.”
The staff were all nice except for the night shift receptionist. We checked in around 10:00 pm and the receptionist was not that welcoming when we arrived. She keeps on rolling her eyes everytime we asked for water for our cup noodles. We asked her for 2 blankets and 2 towers after the room service, she gave us only 1 blanked and i have have to remind her again that we need 2 blankets. All in all the experience was great. I think the night shift receptionist needs a proper training on how to welcome the guests. Thanks to those staff who ar on duty every morning, you guys are so approachable and very welcomimg.

Bang for the buck in Naga!”
Don't be misled by their "short-time" rates that makes Elizabeth Hotel seem like your typical motel. It isn't, far from it. It is a full-fledged hotel, nice, clean and with friendly staff. If there are any drawbacks, it is the limited options of food at the restaurant (which only serves breakfast), but this is offset by their location, which is near malls, restaurants and eateries. Water pressure for hot shower is a bit wanting, but it is acceptable. And for a little more than PHP 1.3k per night, staying there is a real steal and a delight.
