Small hotel with a simple and nice breakie”

I was staying at this hotel for 3 nights for business matters. As far as I was staying at this hotel, I was impressed for the staffs. For 1-star hotel, the staffs were very friendly, the breakfast was nice and simple (I was asking for a take-home-made peanut seasoning). Unfortunately, there were mosquitoes in the bathroom. Thou it did not bite me, but it quite disturbing. I might consider more stay in this hotel in future.

My room in second floor and iam very disappointed with the service and facilities in the hotel. 1. The toilet sometimea havinh bad smell 2. The sink in the toilet had broken pipe, so the used water flowing down on my feet. 3. They know i check in with my friend. So basically they should give us 2 towel instead 1 towel. 4. The room having phone to call receiptionist, but that pnone cannot use it. So if you want order something you should going down to receiptionist. 5. In the 7pm, the food only left fried rice and noodle. The rest finish 6. I cannot borrow iron, they some excuse. But the have solution to help us iron our cloth. But the coming to our room one hour later.... 7. 6 am nobody in the receiptionist or staff only security.

Lo mejor de Gorontalo es su gente. Buen hotel, con tv, baño con ducha, etc. Dispone de wi-fi.... Precisábamos un ordenador y los empleados nos dejaron dos de sus portátiles. Muy atentos y simpáticos.

Nice hotel à Gorontalo”

Nous avons passé une petite nuit à Gorontalo. Le personnel est aimable et toujours prêt à vous aider. L'hotel est propre et comfortable; Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres avec TV, air co, et bon wifi. Les salles d'eau sont irreprochables.

The bed was uncomfortable, the AC didn't work well, the bathroom amenities were limited to toothbrush and toothpaste, the hot water didn't work, and they didn't respond to requests for a receipt via WhatsApp or email. When asked about a lost phone charger, they didn't provide any answer.

Menginap 2 malam di kamar tipe standar Hotel Eljie Syariah, yang kami temukan kurangnya colokan listrik, kamar mandi agak kurang perawatan tapi air panasnya berfungsi. Tontonan di TV hanya ad 3 saluran lokal dengan gambar yang tidak jernih. Kondisi lantai 2 agak berantakan dan kurang dijaga kebersihannya. Pada saat check ini staf tidak mengkonfirmasi durasi stay sehingga pada malam kedua staf datang mengetuk di kamar menanyakan apakah kami akan memperpanjang durasi stay yang pada kenyataan kami memang memesan kamar selama 2 malam. Plus nya menginap di sini lokasi strategis dekat pusat kota
