We travelled and stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our little boys birthday. The host gave us a lovely reception which is always nice. We were shown to our room which was basic but clean - a great base to get out and explore Blackpool. A couple of small changes could make huge improvements to the room 1 - replace the broken toilet seat. 2-install somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom 3- fit a bigger more effective radiator in the room (the small one simply isn't big enough to warm the room and we were really cold and resorted to buying hot water bottles. If you can't fit bigger radiators I'd suggest providing stand alone plug in heaters in the rooms as standard, particularly in the colder months. All in all we enjoyed our stay, the host was friendly and obviously works very hard! The bed was a very comfortable which is always important! The location is good, close enough to have the lights, casinos, shops, Tower and restaurants in walking distance. Keep up the good work!
