the boocking was changed to Quality Horizons Resort”
I was told there was no place in Ellswood 1 Holiday Apartment as checked-in on 1 Nov. 2016, and was changed to an Apartment in Quality Horizons Resort, with bigger room, better facilities, closer to lake, but without extra charge. We are very satisfied with the change and staffs in Jindabyne office, and would like to recommend the apartment in Quality Horizons Resort.

I would not stay again. Uncomfortable bed, so didn't sleep well. Heater a fire danger from all the dust caught up in it. Exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off. Little or no effort is put into maintaining the room. It was a budget room, but to not even have a quilt cover on quilt is unhygienic.
