The whole place is wonderful. The only problem we had as a couple was the noise levels through the night from staff walking up n down. So that would need to improve alot.

The entire hotel is very clean , few things that need to to be upgraded : their lift is not in a good condition and the level of noise down stairs is not limited , we only slept around 4 am due to noise .

It was not my cup of tea. I thought I was booking Emakhosini in Lamsden Rd. It's located in a dingy place. Facility looks old. Ended up not sleeping there and checking out the same night.

It's ok for people with low a budget but I personally was not happy, it is an insult to stay there. The rooms are dark & stuffy.

Parking is limited inside the premises. No fridge in the room. Breakfast a total disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it

Good value but not easy to find”
I enjoyed my stay. The room was large and had everything I needed. The included breakfast was wonderful (more than I should have eaten but it was so good). The only problem I had is that it is very much our of the way. There is no public transport near this property and every taxi driver I hired had difficulty finding it. It is on a small street that is not well travelled. If I return to Durban, I will probably return to this facility.

Poor experience aside from friendly staff”
The room was reasonable, however a party which went on until after 3.30am in the morning and early consdtruction work ensured that no sleep was possible. The reception staff were disorganised and check in took over 30 minutes. This is a hotel that I will certainly not stay at again, despite some of the staff being really friendly and willing to assist.

The hotel is not well taken care of, the roof is leaking . There is no DS tv , the linen was not changed daily , the carpets I'm the rooms were dirty . We were served with rusted cutlery.
