Not the place we had in mind
Well this hotel is in an area where you can only look at water nothing more, nothing to do for anyone except maybe kids on Friday and Saturday. there are only two places to eat anywhere near the hotel and only one for breakfast, and they only stock food for half their menu. The hotel has no where to eat or drink inside, you can buy only from a refrigerate in the lobby cokes or beer or water. Rooms are tiny and have no windows, bed room area was about 7ft. by 7 ft.. lobby is on the 3rd floor and elevator and moving stairs only run on weekends. Rooms start on the 4th floor with your bags was a very big task.to get to the room. plus before you could get a bell-hop you were already on the 3rd floor. THIS HOTEL IS NOT MY CUP OF TEA.

An "okay" hotel
My friend and I were about to go to Calaguas Island but due to bad weather conditions, we decided to go to albay instead. We find it hard to book a 3 star and up hotel online since almost all hotels that time were booked due to an international triathlon being held there thus, we ended up with this hotel. The hotel is decent and straightforward. it is located in a mall thus it is convenient for you to buy some food, toiletries or other things during mall hours. Transportation is easy as well since it is within a mall, you can easily call a tryk if you want to go somewhere. Breakfast is a little bit of a hassle since it will be outside the hotel (but within the mall). I forgot the name of the restaurant that you need to find in order to claim your set breakfast, the food is okay, nothing extraordinary. the hotel is obviously old but the staff were relatively friendly. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep that is within budget and just that, this can be an option. =)

Very Basic
Not much amenities. The highlight is free Wifi connection. Stairs all the way. Broken elevator and even building escalator is not working.
