Great”
Booked the Suite with an amazing deal online. Checking-in was a breeze and welcoming. Received coupons to use while staying there such as $30 off to the Keg and other restaurants including two free drinks from the bar and also complimentary Wifi and not to mention the most important to me, a view of The Falls from the 12th floor. I ordered food from The Keg take-out from my room and picked it up as I wasn’t in Niagara to experience eating at The Keg which saved me from standing in the long line to enter the restaurant, also complimentary Breakfast. Con is we can only use one elevator and it’s a long wait. Overnight parking costs $70 CAD, so I parked at the nearby Casino for $50 CAD, $25 when entering and then another $25 the next day when leaving. Overall had a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Amazing Views”
We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. We had an INCREDIBLE view of both the falls from our room on the 37th floor! The view was worth every penny we spent to stay at the Embassy Suites, but I do have to say we were disappointed that the hotel seems to nickle & dime their guests for everything. The complimentary breakfast each morning was OK. We found that no matter what time we went in the morning, some of the food was cold. The selection of fruit & healthy options was limited. The Keg bar is much better than the bar in the lobby. Our room was clean & functional. It's within walking distance of one of the casinos & the railway to Table Rock. Compared to other hotels we've stayed at around the world, Embassy Suites has some definite room for improvement as far as service goes, but overall, I'd choose Embassy Suites over all other hotels in Niagara because of the magnificent views.

Amazing room”
We reserved 1 King Falls View Suite. I thought we were gonna get 14th floor like that. However, we got 26th floor. It was amazing. View was perfect, nothing blocked both U.S and Canada falls view. Service was good, they were so kind. If I stay Niagara falls again, I’ll decide here.

Facility added a lot of up charges due to the fact that I used a third party ”
Hotel added $300 additional fees for incidentals that we were not aware of at the beginning of our Stay Hotel also added $135 for things that was free on to our bill and charged us without asking. Hotel was beautiful the breakfast same food everyday we stayed for a week. I always stay at the Embassy Suites when I travel this was the worst Embassy Suites I ever had stayed at room was very small for a Embassy Suites I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel also charged $200 for 5 days for parking and there was no other parking around the building. Not happy with my stay. Had dinner at their Keg restaurant and food was awesome and the waiter was awesome that's the only good part about this stay other than the view

Short stay in Embassy suites hotel, Niagara Falls ”
Hotel location is the best for falls view both USA and Canada. There were many people this weekend in the Hotel. All in masks. Keg restaurant has a good menu with reasonable prices. The only disappointment is that tables with the view were taken/booked when we arrived. The room was clean and small but enough for the couple to stay there. Not much entertainment is available due to Covid☹️

Hotel and room were great. Spacious and clean ”
Parking severely overpriced. $60 for On site self park? Most expensive I’ve ever seen in Niagara. Aside from that, hotel was great.

Very nice all around”
Pros: great view of falls (if you get the right room), hot breakfast buffet is included, evening reception is included, The Keg and TGI Fridays are located in the hotel, close walking distance to parking, restaurants, and attractions, clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Cons: parking expensive at hotel (less expensive options nearby), sometimes long wait for elevators especially during breakfast hours, beware of convenience charge added to your bill upon checkout. They will remove charges if you did not use these services.

Great stay”
Went here with my son for two nights. We needed the two sleeping spaces with two televisions, so this hotel was great for that. The free drinks and snacks before dinner were an added bonus, as I didn’t then need to have wine with my dinner! The breakfasts were okay, but it’s really worth going early in the morning to avoid the extreme crowds. I chose not to pay the $70/night parking charge...we parked at the casino for a grand total of $20 for two nights. Well worth the 3 minute walk. The pool is not large or deep, but we enjoyed a brief swim there and sat outside on the deck to dry off. We were appreciative of the fridge and microwave in the room...very handy. The room was cleaned well each day. Elevator service was extremely poor when trying to check out in the morning.....up to a half hour wait. I would stay at this hotel again.

Get ready for the ultimate nickel & diming hotel experience of your life!”
Stay here if you dont mind : 1. Paying a MANDATORY USD35/day "convenience package" consisting of vouchers for 27.99-priced pancakes in the next door IHOP (overlooking the falls of course) and similar restaurants. Yes you CANNOT reject this extra charge no one told you at booking before 2. Really really crap breakfast which consists only of eggs, bacon, basic white bread and a bit of jam/butter and potatoes. All of which tasted crappier than a McDonalds breakfast. Also styrofoam cups in a Hilton? Seriously? 3. Want to enjoy the fabulous breakfast with a table overlooking the falls? That'd be extra USD 15 please. Oh wait, you mean you're a party of 4? I'm sorry that has to be USD 25 because of the extra oxygen you consume. I am not kidding folks. 4. My room service spaghetti which doesnt even have meatballs, ended up being USD 27.59 despite in the menu it is listed as USD 16.99. Wanna know why? There is a USD 3 fee for actually delivering your food to your room. Bravo Hilton!

One of the best three hotels location in the area to see the water falls from your room”
Very nice and clean room I was offered to upgrade my room to get better view of the water fall and it’s really worth it ,,, and view was great from the 42 floor

Very busy and tired hotel. Many items extra ie WiFi, parking. Felt like it was all a money making n”
Making exercise no sense of luxury. In fact enough though it was cold and we have 3 children we stayed out as long as possible rather than go back to the sensory overload! Niagara itself is beautiful.

Sad Breakfast”
it seemed in the advertisement for this hotel that we would be getting breakfast for each of my family members. 4 brown paper bags were dropped at our door this morning. Each bag had an apple, a small blueberry muffin, a water bottle, and a bottle of oj. Based on the price difference while breakfast was included i assumed there would be options such as eggs, bacon, sausage, a pastry, maybe yogurt. I was wrong. Breakfast is very disappointing here. Don't count on it to satisfy your appetite

Excellent location and facilities.”
Information on the hotel amenities was not very clear. Charge for parking seems excessive. Other than that , a very nice stay.

Good”
The hotel does not live up to the standard; breakfast is rugby scrum vast numbers of people and hence customer care is NIL; walls a paper thin. People wander in all night in the corridors and you cannot get a peaceful night sleep. It is a hotel serving mass market and there is no luxury at all. Only ace they hold is the view of the falls but in general the hotel is overrated.

1st time visitor ”
Great view and the location! When we checked in ,the agent did Not mentioned restaurants or the pool. It wasn’t convenient for the first time visiter! On 6/11 it was my husband’s birthday so we came to the steak house around 9:30pm and asked for a window seat but server said they were reserved or not open yet.. we saw several opened cleaned table and sever did not bother to give us even tho we asked twice! Staff needs more customer service training (valet, restaurant Servers and the front desk)

The extra fees should be mentioned here”
When you booked through agoda most of the time they will let you know the extra fees you need to pay when you arrive at the hotel. With this hotel they add $35 per night each room for convinient bundle (we get restaurant discounted vouchers, water in the room, coffee and teas) (And the water, coffee and teas are not restock if we did not take the bottle away from the table (which i think they should do it no matter what because we have actually paid for it upfront) But the bellman service are exceptional and very helpful.

Good location, room for improvement ”
The entire stay was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Slight disappointment would be the cleanliness of the windows were not up to my expectations and it’s not easy to take a picture from my room. The fire alarm that went off in the morning was also a bit of a buzz kill

Very good”
I was not informed that there is a $35.00 a day hotel fee in addition to the original $1210.89. On top of all the fees $60.00 a day to park is very excessive. I would definitely recommend people to check into other accommodations before booking with this hotel. It leads one to believe the hotel is giving you one price to get you to book a reservation then taking advantage of the situation once you have arrived. Very Disappointing!
