This is the absolute most gorgeous stay. It is phenomenally beautiful, the pool, the common areas, the cleanliness...the staff is top notch, extremely professional and friendly.. overall a fabulous place to stay and I will absolutely be returning for years to come. Highly recommended especially with children, they will adore the pool and fish, the fountains... choose this place you will not be disappointed!!

Pre cruise stay at the Embassy Suites Hilton Dec2021”
Great location and very friendly and helpful staff at reception. I enjoyed my stay - the staff were very accommodating in helping guests feel comfortable. Very busy hotel but prompt in dealing with guests request / issues. My complaint was the poor / lack of options available for Christmas dinner, nothing on the menu for guests who don’t eat meat - no fish (Salmon) and no Turkey although these are a standard and traditional Christmas meal for international travellers. I had to purchase my Christmas dinner from Koi, local restaurant and eat alone in my room. Was lonely and disappointing especially being away from family. My second complaint is directed at the bar / restaurant manager, was very unhelpful / unfriendly and aggressive in his approach. I was not able to use my free drinks voucher in the bar for water / canned Pepsi etc - ONLY FOR FOUNTAIN/ SPRAY DRINKS, which I do not drink due to my diet. We all have different tastes and dietary requirements, more option should be available with the free vouchers I even offered to pay extra towards the difference between the cost of the free vouchers and the canned Pepsi - this was declined. Overall I enjoyed my stay due to the very helpfully and friendly Reception staff / Concierge. I would definitely stay again/ recommend this hotel, it’s a great place to stay

This hotel is dated. I’ve stayed at several Embassy Suites over the years and this one didn’t match up with the other ones I’ve stayed at. The pool area and lobby/eating areas are very nice but there are a lot of little things in the room that was disappointing. For example, there are no USB chargers. It’s not a huge deal but it’s something I’ve become accustom to when staying at upper tier hotels. Another example is the bathroom had a single switch that turns the light and fan on even if you don’t need the fan. That wouldn’t be a big problem if it weren’t for the fan being very loud. Overall it’s a a good hotel but it just doesn’t meet my expectations for an Embassy Suites. It won’t stop me from staying at other Embassy Suites as I’ve always had good experiences in the past.

Embassy Suites 11/25/22”
There were so many missing things in room. No dirty clothing bag. No robes. Safety deposit box malfunctioned. Took forever and 3 calls to get someone to fix. Faucet was spraying water all over. Guy came to fix, said it was supposed to be that way, yet he came back w a replacement aerator. Room service food was sub par, very expensive. Breakfast items that should have been hot were cold. Elevators very slow. Toilet sits too low to ground, hard to get up from. Bellman were great, super friendly and helpful.

I have travelled throughout the world and have stayed at very many Exclusive hotels This one "takes the cake" for the worst Cold breakfast buffet eggs, bacon, and sausage Poor selection of fresh fruit The pancakes were like LEAD The happy hour was a joke only two people on the bar Lineups practically right out into the hallway Popcorn, potato, and nacho chips Raw veggies with Thousand Island Dressing YUK YUK Unreliable housekeeping Had to request clean glasses Had to get clean face cloths from the housekeeping carts I was there for seven nights My room was cleaned three times No in-room safe Had to request an ironing board The Iron in the room was useless No help with luggage Slow elevators Lousy Chardonnay at the bar The only that was wonderful was the Fort Lauderdale weather Also, they describe the hotel as being at the beach It is at least 2 miles from the beach I gave all this info to the front desk and told them to pass it along to the manager I never heard from the manager

Unfortunately we arrived late and through a number of personal faux-pas we were rushed. The hotel and staff were very good in helping us get to the ship for the beginning of the cruise. This is the second time we have stayed and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you.

A little pricey but the great breakfast buffet and 2 hour open bar in the evening made it a very enjoyable experience. The staff all were very courteous, they did treat us like quests and a front desk person named Kathleen went above and beyond getting our room ready and keeping us informed even though we arrived early.

This is a great place to stay. We were there for 2 days prior to our cruise. They have a social hour every day and you get 2 free drink tickets and also a full breakfast buffet. The pool area is really nice. It is within walking distances to alot of different restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend.
